Cold Stone Creamery

This is my favorite cold stone. Friendly staff and good food. They always know my order. Great value, great specials and great people.

We goes Coldstone Hiram every week and Staff is constantly Extra Friendly. They have best ice cream and yogurt selections in town !!! When we went there last time, we saw Blimpie sub in there as well so we decide to try it and it was really really awesome!!! 4 of us had sandwich and ice cream for $ 20 so can’t beat that deal! I would strongly recommended everyone to try this store for sub and ice cream if you in Hiram!

OK, i really like ice cream, the wife really likes ice cream, and as soon as he can eat it i’m sure the baby will like ice cream. Cold stone does some pretty good ice cream so i’m a fan. The reason for the low rating on this particular location is due to the fact that they are always having some sort of issues. This weekend for example two of their three blenders weren’t working and the case that hold the delicious ice cream was broken so they had a backup freezer thingy sitting back there. They are also usually understaffed. Sunday they had two people working and a line of about 20 waiting.
These are really just managerial problems i think so it shouldn’t really reflect on the quality of the ice cream which is always excellent. They always mix ingredients well and almost always give you way more than you ask for. The staff is always friendly. If they could work on getting their equipment issues and staffing levels fixed then i would easily have to move them up to 4 – 5 stars.
