What a bunch of sh***!!! Beyond aggravated! Make a reservation, wait, get there & find out you need an acct. Make an acct right there in the store & then get told you’ll need another reservation. Talk to a mgr the sprint phone rep says… lol Funny bc the mgr Elsa was«on break» & couldn’t be disturbed! She looked right at me & ignored the fact we were having a problem then said she was only the«manager on duty». Wth! Wouldn’t give you my $$$ now if you paid me. Sales rep at the store actually told me I should go to Best Buy instead. Unreal!!!

Dropped my phone of at 1pm. Came back after work at 6pm to what i assumed would be a finished phone. Instead they didn’t do ANYTHING! They said they were waiting to see if i wanted to back up my phone info(pics & contacts) before they wiped the whole phone clean of all its content. They didn’t bother to call and tell me this in the 5HOURS they had my phone before. So when i got there after work i didn’t 1 ½ hours baking up my stuff. Still standing here with a phone that isn’t fixed while they help every person around me buy stuff, but no one seems to want to help me fix my phone. There is 20 people in the store and only 3 employees working. By far worst customer service in the history of customer service!

I agree with the other viewer. Been here 5−6times prior but never wanted to do a bad review(although I wanted to in the past) until my recent experience here. Have been a customer of Sprint for nearly 8 years now. Every time coming here it is a long wait to speak with an associate. At lease 30−45min wait! The unhappy look of the associate as soon as you decline purchase of accessories, etc. when they ask you to buy. I recently purchased a new iphone. Her whole demeanor changes from friendly to that«unfriendly look» in an instant. The lady who assisted me snapped into an attitude when I had asked her regarding an issue which I did not do myself upon leaving the store. I did not ask for anything FREE but just asked how I can correct a mistake SHEDID. And yes, she gave me the attitude! It was corrected BUT nothing was said to me after she handed my phone back. VERYUNPROFESSIONAL! Won’t be back. My last experience this past weekend has made me think twice about coming here again. I would rather travel the extra couple miles to the Dallas store!
