This Starbucks NEVER and I mean NEVER gets my order right. I’d rather drive 30 miles out of the way than go here.

I come here daily BUT I will start driving farther from now on… I get the same thing everytime but never know what it’ll taste like. Plus today… we have been in the drive thru for 10 minutes… and they got the order wrong. There are only a very few people who work there that know what they are doing. This location needs to improve greatly.

They are out of products regularly. The blame is placed on corporate only alloting them a certain amount of the products. Sick of it as a customer.

I love Starbucks coffee, but this location needs to get on the ball. I’ve come here at least 20 times in the last two months(I go to Starbucks daily), and have had bad customer service three times and my prefer messed up twice. No that’s not a high number 5/20, but when I don’t have these issues at other locations there’s a problem. Overall a few, not all, of the employees here act like they hate their job.

It’s a decent Starbucks location. The drinks are always good, the staff is always decent, but WOW… The lines!!! No matter what time of day I stop in, it seems like it takes at least 15 minutes to get a coffee. I know Starbucks is popular– but the only slow locations are this one, and the other location in Hiram. This town should possibly train their staff better so customers don’t get annoyed at the wait and leave. All in all, I WILL return though. Starbucks is Starbucks, and like much of America– I’m relatively addicted. Great drinks… But if you’re stopping by in a rush– don’t. Definitely give yourself enough time to wait plenty of time for your order.

This store has never gotten my order wrong nor have they ever given me a cold drink, but man is their customer service just dreadful! I absolutely refuse to go to this location any more; I’ll just drive the extra distance to go to West Cobb or to Douglasville for some good customer service to get my doppio macchiato.

I love starbucks! But this location continues to try my patience. The barista promise here was broken. I made it all the way home and opened the lid to my triple venti Carmel macchiato only to find it was ¾ full. I didn’t even notice it until I got home because I had gloves on I guess. So the next day I went up to the store and showed them the picture I took of my less than full beverage and they said I would have needed to come in right after it happened. I’m a gold reward member. Meaning I spend a good bit of money on my starbucks. I know this is something petty but when I buy an extra shot and I come up short in my cup of joe I get kranky. Lol. For now on I will just go to the one off powder springs. Where they treat me like the gold member I am. Lol Ps had the flat white a couple days ago. Didn’t taste sweeter, however I loved the flavor

The drinks are fine. The service is quick. But there are waaaaay too many flies in here. I can only assume that this is not usual, but it’s never nice to see that many flies in a place where something that I am eating and drinking is being prepared. Nothing negative to say other than that.

By far the WOrSt starbucks in the area, have complained to the district manager about the horrible customer service and still nothing. The employees and baristas are so rude and SLOW, 25 min in the drive thru slow! Unlike any Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I will never go back

This Starbucks has a great staff that gets your drinks made properly and quickly. My only problem with this Starbucks location is that it is MUCH too small for the amount of people they serve. If you go inside it’s almost impossible to find anywhere to sit because the interior space is so limited. It’s also a problem when ordering because you have to squeeze in just to order and then find an open spot to stand in while waiting for your drink. If you are just grabbing a drink and leaving I would opt for the drive-thru.

Great staff here and seems to be really calm… not a huge crowd. Tables/chairs always available.
