Customer service is horrible. In drive thru to place my order with one car in front of me… no one came to the speaker for at least 6mimutes. I had to call from my car to see if anyone was working. After placing my order I still ended up in drive thru for a total of 20 minutes. when I talked to the manager Carlos he offered no apologies or any solution for my inconvenience. He only offered excuses… will not ever return here again.

Can’t speak for other items on the menu, but the boneless chicken wings in teriyaki are pretty consistently good.

Has to be the worst Zaxby’s I’ve eaten at. I don’t know why this location is so far from the standard. Hiram is notorious for bad restaurants.

I think I have eaten around 600 zaxbys house salads. What is really annoying is when they don’t spread your grilled chicken around on your salad. It is just plain lazy when they just place a half cut chicken fillet on top of your salad.

I keep thinking that this place can’t be as bad as it was. I had been driving for 4 hours already when I stopped here so maybe I was deranged. I got the boneless buffalo chicken combo with included crinkle fries and a soda. The boneless buffalo chicken consisted of 5 1“x1″ squares tossed with the world’s saltiest sauce. The fries were coated with some Old Bay-​like powder that was just inedible. Scary.
