I really don’t know why the rating for this place is so low. The only draw back I have experienced here is that the people on the floor seemed reserved to help you if you some how manage to come across one to ask a question. I guess they feel that at a place called $ 5 and below the need for customer assistance is not there, but that’s just my take on it — I’ve only been here a million times.

The employees at this place are completely incompetent. The girls working the cash register closed the cash without giving me my change. Ok, that’s an innocent enough mistake except that neither she nor the one other employee in the store knew how to get the register open again! It took me a total of 25 minutes to check out because I waited for them to get another employee on the phone to walk then through opening the drawer to give me change. The worst part was that neither employee ever apologized for making me wait! I would think this store would at least have one employee working at any time that knew how to run the register! They’ve lost my business forever.

So if you know me then you know that I LOVE me some 5 Below. But I can not bring myself to give this store a 4 nor 5 Star. Why? Cause they had too much clutter(Inventory/Products) all in my way on almost every aisle there was something! I did not enjoy my first experience here, but the next few were just like the other stores. They have board games, candy, Samsung and Apples accessories. Games for kids and adults, seasonal sports stuff and other holiday items as well. All of this and much more for $ 5 and less. They have small TIN Lunchboxes. The old school kind. And I purchased a pair of headphones(Think Beats by Dre Cousin and Them) that only worked for one moth before dying. Along with a laptop fan that died in two weeks. So maybe you should by Electronics with caution from this chain.
