Today was my 3rd(and sadly) last visit to this Panda Express location. As expected, they never have a full menu of items available. Once or twice, ok. But every visit? C’mon. Hiram location. Rude manager, Kim. I heart Panda Express but this location needs a serious moral boost and guest friendly management. Previous review: Love me some Panda Express… when they have food ready… I rate their food a consistent 4 or 5, yet this location was out of food both times I visited. First time was at the drive through. Granted it was 9:15& they close at 10, but that’s their business, right? We were told through the intercom, my kitchen is closed. I’m out of fried rice and chow mein and everything except 2 items. I’m assuming one of those items is fortune cookies? Needless to say we didn’t order. Visited again last night with similar results. Most items were empty when I went in the store. Waited for 10 minutes on fresh chow mein, but gave up and went for the rice instead. No biggie. Went to get iced tea and there was none. I don’t know if they just didn’t brew it or what but no food and no drink equals no business. I’ll keep giving it a shot though because it’s comical. Waiting to see when management times the food right with the dinner rush. Staff may be in a hurry to go home and breaking things down a little too early. Still, damn, that’s some good orange chicken.
