My wife and I have been going here for about a year. We really enjoy it and the machines are nice.
My wife recently had to cancel her membership. Compared to other gyms, where cancelling is the biggest, most constant pain in the butt ever, this was so EASY. No pressure, no BS, no one pressuring us to stay. She had hip replacement surgery and the employee that helped us, Jake, gave us the paper work we needed only asking the reason. That was all.
Because of this outstanding commitment to customer satisfaction, my wife plans to rejoin as soon as she can. The policies cannot be beat. I cannot say enough about how clean the place is, how great the employees are, and their «no trap» policy. Because of this, my family will continue doing business with them for the foreseeable future.
