So… In the interests of full disclosure, I did not sure BrianDavid when I actually bought my place. What I will say is that when I was dealing with one of their brokers (Melanie Parliman), she was great. Other brokers sent me crap did not fit my criteria. Melanie actually sent me stuff that was what I was looking for, and spent multiple weekends taking me to condos that were in line with what I wanted.
I’ll happily recommend Melanie and her associates (assuming they are anything like her) if you are looking to buy in Hoboken.

Having never purchased a house before, I expected the whole process to be a bit overwhelming. Add on to that the fact that I was also going to become a landlord at the same time, it’s fair to say that Adam had his hands full with me. He not only handled every part of the process with extreme professionalism, but he showed incredible patience and attention to detail the entire time. His knowledge and willingness to educate me throughout the entire process not only left me impressed, but it prepared
to be both a compitent first time homeowner, as well as landlord. I would HIGHLY recommend Adam to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. I can’t imagine using anyone else.

I worked with Andrew at Brian David when renting my Hoboken apartment last summer and it was a pleasure. He was a patient, laid back, no-pressure real estate agent (quite uncommon among rental agents) and worked with me to negotiate the best possible deal and terms of my lease. I referred a friend to Andrew last month to assist in finding an apartment for him and his family in JC, Hoboken, or NY. He was moving here from out of state so had limited availability to apartment hunt and had very specific requirements and preferences in a place. Andrew was fantastic and after quite a bit of work, found them a wonderful place. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to rent here in the area. He’s truly a pleasure to work with.
