I have been going to Carla since about January of this year and I am really making progress in my treatments. She has been nothing but wonderful and thorough at all of my appointments. I’ve never had to wait more a few minutes, and she is always so accommodating. Electrolysis is an investment of time and money. If you find the right person and do it the right way it is totally worth it. If there’s any advice I would give it would be to go to Carla and to listen to her aftercare advice. I wish I had found her 5 years ago.

Carla is awesome. I was in staying in NY for several weeks and she was recommended by a friend. I couldn’t be more pleased. She accommodated my schedule and removed most of the hair on my shoulders. She’s also professional and has a great sense of humor. I’ve already made appointments with her for my next trip to NY.

If you looking to get electrolysis Carla is definitely the person to see. She was very upfront and honest about the process and extremely informative. I have been seeing her for about 3 months now and I have noticed a big difference. I wish I came to her sooner. She also has the best bedside manner, I feel like I am visiting a friend when I come for my appointments. Carla is also very flexible and booking my appointments is such a breeze. If you are contemplating getting electrolysis you should go see Carla.

Carla is a jerk! She is full of herself and thinks she is doing you a favor by taking you as a customer. My consultation was all about her! She kept saying she only works part time and doesnt have time for customers who are not commited to her. She snapped at me several times during my consultation. I will not go to her for the sake of my own peace.

Scheduling an appointment on weekdays for early hours is non existent. Scheduled my appointment early Saturday morning for around 10am and when I get to the place I’m told I’m scheduled for 12noon. I never been to a place where they schedule you at their convenience. And not to point out to mention parking is horrendous.

Carla is wonderful! I have been seeing her for a year for electrolysis and have always looked forward to the sessions. Recently I needed a facial (badly) and I had the most marvelous, relaxing facial I have ever had with Carla. It was dreamy and I highly recommend her for both electrolysis and facials

Carla Reagan made taking care of my problem hair such an easy process and did such a thorough job that I actually missed her when we were done. Her office is always clean and comfortable and she is such a delightful person she made what can be an uncomfortable process as comfortable as possible. The areas she worked on are perfectly clear now, and it’s been many years, and you would never know I’d had a problem. When my daughter started needing electrolysis I was so happy I could refer her I Carla and she too is getting great results.
