Anyone who knows me knows that I eat entirely too much. This is especially true when it comes to fruits and vegetables. I have a soft spot for Wegman’s grocery store, and since I’m going to visit my mom this weekend, I knew a trip there was on the horizon. However, I need to eat for the three days between! Enter New Hoboken Farm. I was going to stop at Garden of Eden, but I decided to give this place a try – and I’m glad I did! They have great prices. I picked up 2 boxes of blueberries, 2 boxes of raspberries, 2 strawberries, a container of blackberries and some cherries(which will be gone in 3 days. Told you I eat too much!) and the grand total was something like $ 25. That’s ridiculously cheap considering I bought almost the same amount of produce for over $ 40 at Garden of Eden last week. They also have packaged nuts, snacks, and grocery items. The guy that owns it is really sweet too. They didn’t have the raspberries or blueberries outside because of the heat, and he pointed me in their direction without my having to ask! Woohoo, and it’s on my way home from the PATH and gym, so it’s an easy stop. I’ll certainly add this store for quick grabs between Fresh Direct and Wegmans runs!

This is a standard, produce stall kind of place. They have all of your standard fruits and vegetables. The prices are pretty good. I always buy herbs here– you can get a bunch of pretty much anything for $ 1. They stuff is usually fresh. They also have packaged snacks and nuts and amazing rolls.
