Best coffee shop ever. Very friendly and welcoming, so many creative drinks, talented and funny staff, too… Sam made an excellent biscotti mocha and TJ was just great. In a perfect world, Starbucks and their burnt coffee would’ve been the one shut down and Caribous would be everywhere! Extremely sad that it is now closed, and I will miss my extended family. Good bye Caribou Coffee. I’m glad we got one last fling with all the regulars crowding the store until the very last moment.

Restaurant Review Great customer service and a perfectly made mocha. I wish caribou would have more locations. I have been using a gift card from 2 years ago and still have money on it as the locations are far and few compared to starbucks. I always find the baristas super friendly and talkative. They take great care in making your drink to the perfect temperature. Personally the mocha is by bar superior to starbucks with your choice of milk, dark, and white chocolate. Amazing! A+ for coffee and service. This location is also a great meeting place with free wifi and large tables. Pro– great coffee, super friendly service Con– limited locations Hidden deal– Sign up for emails which often have deals like BOGO and discounted drinks. There is also a birthday promotion as well.

Product: Great Service: Friendly, professional Ambience: Just fine, from my short stay I stopped here to order a carry-out tea before I hit the road(thus the short stay) after a meal. If this store is any indication, Caribou doesn’t carry a large assortment of teas. However, the teas are quality(a few black teas, a green and a rooibos), meaning they aren’t just teabags anyone could purchase from the local grocer. There were two folks working the coffee bar, and I should’ve asked the associates name who took my order, but I didn’t. Regardless, she was friendly and helpful in making a decision for which tea to purchase. I’m new to the tea realm, but I’ve done enough research to know what I’m looking for. The associate suggested an Amy’s Blend tea, which was a very, very good rooibos tea. Also, I made an attempt at the trivia question, but my answer was wrong. The associate explained the answer(a bit of movie trivia), and awarded me the ten cent discount anyway. This was my first Caribou Coffee experience. It will not be the last.

I love caribou coffee. The people at this location are usually very friendly and fast. I love the northern lights vanilla white chocolate mocha. It’s good both hot and iced, and it’s not too fattening.

This Caribou serves grilled cheese sandwiches. I’ve never tried one, but the look good. They also serve their iced coffees & teas in growlers, for those who need their caffiene intake on a massive scale. I also recently noticed they also serve coffee french-press style, which i love. I will certainly be trying here soon. I do prefer Caribou over that other chain coffee joint. Unfortunately, Caribour are definitely few and far in between.

This is one of the nicer Caribou’s I’ve been to. Actually I haven’t been to one in a long time, so maybe they’re all like this? I’m talking about the wooden floors, walls, tables, and a fireplace. Just like a cozy little cabin, but there’s plenty of seating here. The place is surprisingly spacious. The baristas are very friendly and will whip up your drinks in no time.

Pretty good Caribou location. It’s a great place to just sit down and enjoy a coffee on a lazy afternoon. In the past the coffee and mixed drinks here weren’t really as good as other locations nearby but now they are just as good.

How about a quick review on my favorite coffee spot? Great service! Friendly, funny and the sort of people that I want to hang out with. I am in a service industry position, so I understand what it takes to bring people back to you. These guys have got it going on. Literally. :-) When Caribou«corporate» changed my favorite drink, my Caribou guy figured out a way to make what he had in-house actually taste like my old favorite. Ahhh… gotta love the Caribou guy! Bottom line the drinks are consistent, the service is out of this world and it’s a nice place to sit down and spend a little time to surf the web, visit with a friend, etc.

I generally like Caribou Coffee establishments for a number of reasons: 1) free wifi 2) chill atmosphere — good for both getting work done and catching up with friends. I’ve also played a board game or two here with friends. 3) good customer service — friendly staff has listened to me chat about my weekend and also knowledgeable about the drinks and whatnot This particular location can get pretty packed sometimes. The staff works quickly and still treats everyone and his or her order with care and a bit of friendliness. Unfortunately, the smiles don’t make up for no places sit. I guess if my only complaint about a place is that it’s not big enough, that warrants a good rating.

I just thought I would do a review on this place cause, basically, I like to stop in to talk to the barista’s. ha ha ha. Very cool people and pretty informative of the area. This place is usually packed. I never stick around long, just long enough to get my drink. I usually order the pumpkin spice latte with half of the syrup, I like to taste the coffee and not too much sweet. Delicious. I also tried the soy chai latte? I think that was it, recommended by one of the baristas as his favorite drink there. I agree, it is very good.
