Mice Hunters

Amazing service and work! Tee helped us last fall and we have not had a mouse since! He was extremely thorough. We had another company out who said our deck could not be the issue. We wanted a second opinion and called Tee. I am so thankful. The deck was a big project but our problem would not have been solved if we had not called Mice Hunters.

We have just purchased a new home in Crystal Lake, and after a month, we saw our first mouse. I can’t say enough about Tee and the time he spent with us. First off, he was on time, and even provided a courtesy call beforehand to ensure that we knew that he was on his way. He obviously has serious experience in the industry and was able to quickly and accurately assess our problem. He talked us through the process of how mice would come in all the way to how he would eliminate them. Tee then took almost 20 minutes to write out an estimate and explain our options, from initial elimination of existing mice to prohibiting mice from entering going forward. We were his last appointment of the day, but you’d never know it. All of these services, explanations and eliminations were presented in a friendly, über-​professional manner. I had called other companies, but wished I hadn’t wasted my time doing so: Tee and Mice Hunters, Inc., are the best of the best in every way. I wouldn’t even consider calling anyone else for ANY sort of pest-​elimination needs.

I am so glad I found this company! I have lived in my house for 8 years, and always have the occasional mouse or two in my garage and basement and/​or crawlspace, but this year there were a few too many for my comfort. I could clearly see their tunnels in the insulation up at the top of my basement walls, but there was NO WAY I was going to investigate further and had no clue what to do to fix it, even if I did. I said to myself, «why can’t there be a company that does more than just exterminate the mice, but would actually FIX the problem so I don’t have to have them coming into my home in the first place.» And then I found the Mice Hunters website. The owner, Tee, promptly returned my call, and was very knowledgeable about how the mice were most likely getting in, even without having seen my home. He came out to do an inspection, and pointed out so many possible entry points that I would never have even thought of on my own. I decided that this «mouse proofing» would be a good investment, since I intend to stay in my home a long, long time.
They came this morning to do the work, and were on time and got right to work. They were very professional, and worked around my schedule. I am very pleased with the thorough job they did… they didn’t miss a thing (I just inspected all around the perimeter of my house).
I feel so much more confident, now, and won’t be afraid to go in my basement anymore. I am so grateful to have found this company, and that they take their knowledge and years of experience, and are able to seal up my home to keep the mice out!
