Dr Gunn is a very caring, skilled and competent chiropractor. I’ve been getting adjustments for years and am glad I found The Works. Kimberly, the office manager, is also great. I always feel welcome here and feel like I get a lot of time and attention during my visit.

Dr Gunn and his staff exceeded my expectations by far. I had never been to a chiropractor but they ran an offer through groupon for a massage and chiro consult combination so I figured I would try it out. The massage with Anna was great and although nervous at first, I was impressed at how quickly Dr Gunn could see my problem areas and begin working to help correct it. The results were felt immediately and I couldn’t help but go back for more :) Everyone was super friendly and accommodating. I enjoyed every visit and highly recommend their services to anyone.

Dr Gunn is the best. I’ve been seeing him for several months as a regular part of my recovery routine. Therapeutic touch, clean facility, and Kimberly is my favorite!(She handles booking, etc.)

So far I have really liked this chiropractor. He seems like he knows his stuff and is honest with me and my family. He seems to want to provide quality care but he doesn’t push anything on you. He gives his recommendations and let’s you decide. I would recommend him to family and friends. My jaw was hurting for months and after 2 visits my jaw was almost 100% better. My wife, me and our daughter(11 months old) are his patients and we will keep going to him indefinitely.

The staff at The Works are competent, friendly and professional! My wife, child and I come to be adjusted frequently and always leave feeling rejuvenated. Dr. Mark is The Man, and not just because he has an awesome name. I can see myself coming back for years to come.

Dr. Gunn’s treatment was absolutely amazing after a recent car accident. He was very friendly and welcoming, explaining the process as we went along. My fiancé and I were both treated and have both been raving about it since! I’m hooked now and will be returning to see Dr. Gunn whenever I am in town.

I am in my third trimester and Dr. Gunn and the massage therapist at The Works have made a HUGE difference in how I feel. Hip and sciatic pain episodes are much fewer and much less painful since I have started going.

I’ve never been to a chiropractor so this was my first experience. Dr. Mark Gunn has newly taken over this practice and from the looks of the previous review it’s a good thing he did. Dr. Gunn was great to work with. He made sure to explain everything to me because it was my first time and he made it comfortable and not awkward. The practice is clean, modern, and couldn’t be more convenient to get to from most parts of the valley. I will definitely go back.

I found this business through Groupon which offered a discounted massage. When I went in they told me I could also get a free consultation with the chiropractor so I signed up since I have mild scoliosis and migraines. The massage was supposed to be an hour but it was only 45 minutes. I arrived five minutes early but they didn’t start on me in until ten minutes after my scheduled appointment time. Then he stopped five minutes before the next hour and said we’re done. During the massage, children yelled and screamed in the next room. I could even hear Dr Aldridge and his patients talking. It was hard to really relax. I asked the massage therapist to concentrate on my neck but he hardly did anything with my neck. As for the chiropractor, this experience was very weird. In the back the office wasn’t very clean and looked run down. I had never been to a chiropractor before and nightmare stories of hack chiropractors were going through my mind. Dr. Aldridge was very soft spoken and awkward. His white lab coat was wrinkled and hung off his body. I asked him lots of questions that he didn’t completely answer and I didn’t feel confident in his expertise. For example, he did an x-ray on my back and I remember thinking it was weird that he didn’t ask if I had any metal on or put one of those shield things on me. At our next appointment, while looking at my x-ray I asked him if my scoliosis was still mild or if it was moderate or what. He said he didn’t know! I’m thinking, he is a chiropractor, isn’t he supposed to be an expert on the spine? He said something like that I had some compression around my neck area that he could fix with a regimen of visits. I came in a few times because I was in a lot of neck pain at the time. He didn’t tell me to relax or say what he was going to do. He just started popping my back and neck in various ways. He did some traction as well and put some electric nodes on my back and neck for a while. Those seemed to relax my muscles a little but my pain always came back within a few days. It didn’t make a difference with my migraines. Overall I don’t think this guy knows what he’s doing and so I quit going even though my insurance covered most of the visits.
