T A S Electronics

Stopped in 3÷24÷15 after service at Charlies Dodge in Maumee. We were looking for a navigation system etc for our Dodge Caravan. Dave Granata was the salesman who helped with our transaction and went through explaining what TAS offered and what options we were looking for. He never pressured us into getting more than we wanted but made sure we got everything we needed. He was very informational throughout the entire transaction. We scheduled the installation for Thursday 3÷26÷15 at 9:00 am and Dave said it would be about 3 hours if that. Thursday arrived and the installation went great. So far everything is working wonderful and before we left Dave told us if we have any questions about anything or ever have a problem just call him or stop back. The installation looked very clean and the customer service was excellent. Thanks TAS!

Window tint install is below average. Had issues with bubbling/​tearing and was told it was under warranty they would fix it. I took the car in and pretended to look at it and told me it was fine. It was a very poor install.

. I had tas install HID headlights and fog lights in my 2010 F150. I have had a number of issues. First off on of my headlights got moisture in it as soon as they were done and is still wet inside. Second my fog lamp actually filled with water and blew the bulbs. After that happened I lost both headlights and tas replaced but I still have no fog lamps. It’s been a year I’ve been trying to get this corrected. I paid over $ 400 to have these installed. I’ve called and complained and wanted a refund and they refuse told me to go back to old headlights and waste my $ 400. Also the install crew is terrible. Screws not put back ballast not secured. Very poor.
