Bob Rogers Roofing

Took on a difficult roof that included ceiling repair and skylight. A little difficult to coordinate scheduling but once on site work and cleanup done satisfactorily. Did not encounter issues previous reviewers stated

Think twice, I left three messages after Bob the owner of Bob Rogers Roofing, 118 Washington Street in Holliston, MA came to give me an estimate. The third message I left with Colby, the office manager, directly, and mentioned to her I called two times prior without a response. She seemed surprised but said she’d pass along the message. That means one of two things: 1. Colby is not doing her job, or 2. Bob Rogers doesn’t really need the business. If it’s #1, I feel bad for Bob, but if he’s not following up himself on estimates he personally gave, then shame on him, if it’s number 2., Bob, please then retire and stop wasting people’s valuable time. Very disappointing.

Similar experience to BJ’s.
Roof/​gutters replaced round 2004. Pesky leak 1−2x each year during biggest storms. Started within a month or two of roof being replaced. Rogers team returned 4 – 5 times to attempt fix, but never fixed it. Then they stopped responding. I gave up calling. Just suffered through as it is a relatively minor leak, but over time it is becoming a problem. Need it corrected — especially now that it has leaked two times back to back with warmer temps melting snow this year. Called and left message, but no response.
Bob convinced me gutter helmet was best solution for gutters high up on rear of house because of many trees on property. Bad choice — no one will clean gutters with gutter helmets on. Has been a major problem. No help from Bob.
Thought Bob Rogers was a great company — everything was excellent … until I needed after sale/​install support.
Moving on to a better roofer to address the leak. Should have done it long ago — dumb choice to go with B. Rogers.

This company was very helpful with our ice dams this winter. The crew was very professional and friendly. The work they did saved us with internal damage to our home.

Terrible service. Never gets back to you when he says he will. Even after giving a deposit he was in reachable for about a month and a half. Absolutely unacceptable.

Stay away from this company. We hired them to replace the roof of our home in Natick. They were so unprofessional. They actually left all their trash, including large pieces of roof shingle on our yard (only cleaned up after themselves after we threatened to sue). They sent a letter of apology to us after we complained several times about the mess they made which was not only unprofessional but posed a safety hazard. We literally could not walk through our front door without climbing over their garbage. Fast forward just 5 yrs and our roof is leaking again. Horrible company. They should be shut down.
