I have not had the best experiences at this salon. Out of the 4 times I have been here, only 1 experience has been a good one. Jill did a fantastic color correction on me a few years ago. I had a scheduled appointment to take an ID photo for a new job so I thought that it would be perfect to schedule an appointment with her the day before. It looked great after the blowout, but when I went home I noticed that a large section of my hair was about 2 inches shorter than the rest (and choppy)! All I asked for was a straight trim. I called the office as soon as I noticed but reached voicemail. Since the job ID was time-​sensitive, I did not have time to wait for the studio to schedule another appointment with me so I had my hair fixed elsewhere. They did refund me the cost of the haircut but expressed that they felt it was unfair that I did not give them the opportunity to fix my hair. I give this location 2 stars because Jill did do a great job at my color correction but every other time I have gone here, the stylist has either cut my bangs poorly or made my hair uneven. Perhaps it is my hair type that makes it more difficult, as my thin hair shows all choppiness and unevenness about an hour or two after styling.
I would recommend this salon to someone looking to color their hair, or perhaps someone with thicker hair.

Great service. Would recommend! Walked right in and was greeted by the friendly staff. Good prices on men’s cuts. I’ll be heading back!
