1st Priority Cleaning Services

I ordered this Groupon because our small condo (847 sq.ft.) was in need of a deep spring cleaning. Correction: is STILL in need of a deep cleaning, even after their services. We are by no means slobs, and generally do a good job of keeping up with cleaning ourselves, but our schedules have been crazy hectic lately and I wanted a top-​to-​bottom cleaning.
Let me mention, first of all, that they rescheduled on me twice, and the second time was with only 20 minutes notice after I had blocked off 4 hours in my calendar to take off work in order to be here. Then, when we had a last minute issue with our building’s water, they threatened to charge US a reschedule fee. We eventually came to an agreement about this, but mostly because I needed to hurry up and get it over with, after weeks of reschedules on their part.
The worst part, however, and what is making me leave this feedback, is that the condo is nowhere near clean, much less deeply so. There is still dust on vented doors I specifically mentioned needed cleaning; there are obviously missed spots on the floor in the bathroom and kitchen, and a general film throughout all the floors. It’s as if they weren’t even Swiffered, much less professionally mopped. My feet were black the night of the cleaning, immediately after showering. I specifically asked for under the bed to be mopped, and it doesn’t even look swept, there’s so much dust there.
I spent the money for the highest level cleaning because if I wanted a cursory ‘straightening up/​wiping down’ I’d have had time to do it myself. I am very disappointed with this service. The faucets weren’t even wiped down, much less scrubbed, and the bathtub has looked better when my boyfriend has cleaned it (and he’s certainly no pro). I’d imagine a deep cleaning to include cracks and crevices but there were spots completely out in the open that were completely missed. The cleaner took her time, all 4 hours, but did the worst job I’ve ever seen a professional cleaner do. ESPECIALLY in South Florida, you have to have more attention to detail in order to be a professional cleaner. I didn’t even have her do laundry, dishes, vacuuming, or linens/​beds and she was still unable to do an acceptable job. As I mentioned before, I’m very disappointed and would not recommend anyone using these services.
I don’t have time to have them come back out, and I’m not interested in getting any kind of discount on future services, since these were so sub-​par. My schedule is hectic because of my job and I expect things done well the first time. I tipped the maid, because I’ve worked for tips before myself and I sympathize with the work, but I would never use her again.
For your own good, the ease of your schedule, and the cleanliness of your home — use a different service. There are plenty just as affordable as this «deal» that will do a much better job.

I bought a Groupon for $ 90 for 3 hours of cleaning. We have a 3 BR/​2BA house. Darius, the owner, was able to book me for the same week. He was very professional on the phone and in person. He arrived 15 minutes late, by himself though he said there are usually 2 people. He asked what our cleaning priorities were and I said the windows/​sills, bathrooms, and ceiling fan blades. He started on the windows first. Those plus vacuuming the floor, and wiping down our kitchen cabinets took most of the 3 hours. He stayed an extra 30 minutes in order to vacuum the bathrooms, and clean the mirrors, but that was it. The tub/​shower and sinks in both bathrooms were still dirty. The ceiling fans and other furniture were dusty. If he had brought a 2^nd person, I am sure more would have been done. Unfortunately that wasn’t the case and we were disappointed.

They are the best I’ve seen by far they cut no corners and understand everyone’s needs when it comes to detail they are our number 1 choice when it comes to cleanliness. Thanks for everything
