SO HAPPY!!! I broke my LG G3 just a week after I got it, and I was afraid I was going to have to wait forever for the fix, and pay way too much. Not only was the price affordable, they were quick as well. They even drove to my work (close by), to pick up my phone and fix it so it was finished when I was done with work. Amazing people, and they truly care for their customers. This will be my only stop for electronic repairs!!! THANK YOU!!!

Broke my iphone 6, 2 days after I got it! So a friend referred me to Fix a fone. They explained the whole repair process to me and gave me a great price! Great communication and Customer Service! I will definitely recommend you guys to all my friends.

I have terrible luck when it comes to new cell phones. I’m constantly dropping them and breaking the screens. I recently purchased the Samsung Galaxy S5 and shockingly I dropped it and the screen shattered. I looked all over Miami for someone who would repair the screen. Everyone I contacted either charged an insane amount of money, would take two days, or just wouldn’t do it at all. Since the Samsung Galaxy S5 is so new, many places will not do the repair.
I found Fixafone on criagslist and when I spoke to one of the owners on the phone, she was extremely helpful and straight forward. Since it was Sunday, she told me to come in Monday morning. It’s a bit of a drive from Miami, but if you go during non peak hours you should be fine.
The couple that owns Fixafone are extremely nice, efficient, and eager to expand their business. They just opened a few months ago, but have years of experience repairing electronic devices!
They would update me constantly on the status of my repair, and were very honest and hardworking. The repair took a few hours, and when I came back to pick it up, it was perfect. Just like new! I’m so happy I was able to find them, and will for sure return there for any electronic mishaps I have. Plus, they are so sweet and genuine, not often found in the industy.
