Talk about value for your money, we ordered two items and it was enough food for a family of 4. Super fast service and excellent food

I don’t understand the poor reviews. My husband and I have been ordering take-​out/​delivery from here for years and it’s always delicious. Everyone who we recommend it to agrees. We love the rangoons, dumplings, lo mein, Mongolian beef, pad Thai, wonton soup, general tso’s chicken, and honey chicken. The food is also ready quickly.

Very good food. The guy at the front counter was very courteous and soft spoken. Good food and good portion for each entities.

I feel like I have to write a review, being I order from here at least twice a month. I am addicted to the Singapore noodles. I just ask them to make it without the pork (no too much of a pork lover), and they are DELISH. To say they deliver fast is an understatement. On most days, they are at your door within 15 minutes, and delivery is only 1.00. The food is fresh and piping hot. Give this place a try!

Have ordered for a year now but the last three times the food was not that good. First I thought different cook so I changed nights. The chicken is dry and over cooked like it was made last week. The chicken chow mien is mostly onions. Sorry to say but I’m going to find a new place. I’m giving 2 stars for the fast delivery.

This is our go to Chinese place, it’s not out of this world amazing but it is definitely good (i always get the Generals Chicken, my sister loved the cashew chicken, my grandma loved the Mongolian chicken and my husband always gets the pepper steak I think? I dont know what that other guy who said the Generals chicken was gross was thinking, but I get generals chicken at every chinese place I go to and this one is pretty good. The service could be a little more personable but as far as Chinese restaurants go they’re pretty much on the same level as all the others in that area lol. I recommend them for sure. I’ve tried most of the others in the area and they are the best so far.
Ps. I think it’s hilarious and sad that Jolie A. left a 2 star review because she read the restaurants name wrong (human wok) and thought it would be a health food place lol

I happy to eat here because they are always quick and the food is good. I even found out they will deliver to my workplace with is a plus. I can’t say I have had a bad experience with the food. I would eat there again and recommend them.

This place is reliable quick delivery. Mongolian beef is tasty and prices are quite fair. Stick to the mixed or egg drop soup. Hot & sour not so good. General tsos chicken is not very good. Most dishes are very lite on meat. Mostly all veges but they are fresh so that counts for something.

3 bad, negative experiences here with both food and service. Really, Stay away from this place, its not ok.
The fried rice was disgusting, hard and almost seemed stale. Tasteless.
The meat has consistently been undercooked or not warmed thru. Yuck.
The orange chicken was mostly empty shells of fried batter.
The egg roles were nasty, too oily and i did not know what i was eating. Also, they had a strange aftertaste, like heavy metals.
If you eat in… Be Ware, one of there employees has a throat conjestion problem and is not shy about making it public. This happened on more than 1 occassion.
This place is for the birds.

As far as American-​style Chinese takeouts go, this is one of my favorites. I live less than a mile from them, which means delivery is extremely quick. I usually get my order delivered in less than 15 minutes and they only charge $ 1 delivery fee.
Prices are very reasonable if you order from the specials menu. Lunches are $ 5.50 Mon-​Fri until 3PM and dinners are $ 7.50. Both lunch and dinner include an eggroll, though unfortunately they recently changed their eggrolls and I don’t like them anymore.
Our go to orders are the boneless spare rib meal or the mongolian beef. I love the mongolian beef because it tastes really fresh and isn’t anything like the PF chang’s version. This one is almost like a pepper steak with fresh vegetables, savory without any sweetness.
If we have family coming over this is a great deal because you can feed four people for less than $ 35, delivered straight to the house. Is it authentic? No, not at all. But it is less greasy than most other Chinese take out places and for what it is, a solid four stars.

I came in thinking it was a healthier place to eat since the name says human wok. This is definitely a casual place you come in for a quick regular Chinese food.
The cashiers don’t speak English very well so when asked about a sauce she couldn’t really describe it and said we couldn’t try it. We had hot and sour soup which was a little thick and clear. The soup had way to much oil and it wasn’t sour or spicy. We ordered steamed vegetables with the sauce on the side and one sautéed. The sautéed meal was drenched in the brown sauce. The steamed option was better to gauge the amount of sauce you want to put on your meal. The spring roll was good aside from the fact that it had to much oil. Over all I would say come here for fast Chinese good but don’t expect to much and definitely not the healthiest choice.

Eat here at least once a week the food is good not great but fast and the lunch specials are more than enough to fill you up.

The General Tso chicken is more bread than it is chicken! I got delivery for a general tso chicken with white rice, and a pint of miso soup. Including the delivery fee (that I didn’t know they charged) it came to $ 15… Dang that’s expensive for what I got… Anyways, the food wasn’t great, the chicken has more bread than chicken and the miso soup tastes weird. The best part about my meal was the white rice… Needless to say I will not eat food from here again

I had high expectations walking in here. I liked the décor and the way this restaurant is set up. I also had read the reviews beforehand. I will have to try other dishes next time. I ordered the vegetable delight with brown rice. It was a good sized portion of vegetables but some of them seemed to have been frozen. Broccoli, carrots, zuccini, snow peas and canned mushrooms with too much soy sauce. This is not what comes to mind when I have had this dish before. The brown rice was tasteless and overcooked. Overall it wasn’t bad, i just have had better.

Super fast delivery with good prices… Step above the usual Chinese carry out. Super clean on the inside. it’s my «go to» when want something quick and good.

Good for a cheap lunch the food is good and they have really good prices. I would say it is the best one in the area. I would recommend eating here when your in the mood for good Chinese food.

This is the worst Chinese food I’ve ever had. I ordered sesame chicken, which was like $ 9. They gave me SIX pieces of chicken. That’s over a dollar a piece. Chinese food is CHEAP to make, that is unacceptable.
The fried rice? More like dried rice. Terrible taste too. Lots of that tho. Lots of awful in your mouth, but the somewhat good tasting chicken, you get six pieces.
Please do yourself a favor and don’t bother with this place. In even sad I’m bothering wasting my time reviewing this atrocity. It’s not worth my money, let alone my brain’s thought process to put out a review.
They won’t even deliver the food to you if they deem the area «unsafe». My building is totally safe and it’s a good area near a hospital. They’re just lazy. And totally cheap. Avoid this like the plague.

This was my 3^rd or 4^th time getting food from Hunan Wok.
I must say the food is pretty average, portions are pretty average… hence the 3 stars.
What really irks me is the menu. This hadn’t bothered me previously because I just ordered my usual Chinese items… lo mein etc, but this time I was in the mood to try something different. The menu has absolutely no description, so you’re stuck asking them about everything. What’s the Hunan Tofu, what’s the Ma Po Tofu etc etc?
All in all, this place is fast, and caters to people eating in and taking out so those are pluses. I’ll continue to come here because they are near my house, but they aren’t at the top of my list for Chinese take out.

I only wanted a sesame chicken dinner from this restaurant but this restaurant gave me gastroenteritis as well. My sesame chicken came with a side of: abdominal pain, diarrhea, nausea and vomiting, chills, clammy skin, sweating, fever, joint stiffness and muscle pain. Thanks Hunan Wok.
Used to work at the AT&T next door to this place, & there is a back door that’s kept locked and no one inside AT&T can open it. One day I opened the back door for a fire drill. This back door leads to a hallway that connects all the businesses in that shopping center. I noticed this is where Hunan Wok keeps most of their dry food. On the floor of the back hallway. No thanks.
