When the big burly guy in Boca Raton hit my little roadster, I was really upset… it sucks having something you paid good money get messed up by someone else!
That is when I met Joey Tavormina (Boca) and Mike Koss (Hollywood), who as a part of the Traveler’s Insurance Concierge Service at Ideal Auto Collision, exceeded my expectations.
Yes, I might have had to go back for a few minor adjustments, because with the work that they do, things need adjusting, but I have never met two people who embodied the Ambassador of Service the way these cats do! They made my Mercedes better than it was before, they treated me fairly, they discussed options before they performed work and most of all, they really cared about me as an individual, with individual requests and expectations!
I couldn’t have been more pleased with my car once it was fixed, but I even took it to my regular mechanic in Boynton and they inspected it too… ask for these guys by name! You can’t go wrong! Thanks guys!

Stop searching, professional, On time, good quality and friendly, these guys are the best. Try to find a reliable collision company in South Florida, good luck! My experiences have been bad. Travelers directed me to Ideal and the experience was super. I had a huge problem, because I needed my truck back in a week and the damage was severe. I received regular updates, and the truck was ready in a week! It prevented me to rent a truck because I had to drive to Savannah with a trailer to pick up my daughter from college with a lot of stuff. They understood and helped me out. Never received such exceptional service and quality repairs at an auto body shop before. The repairs to my vehicle were flawless, you could never tell it was in an accident. There’s a reason these guys have been around for over 35 years! I’d definitely recommend them.

After my accident, Travelers ins. directed me here. I was totally impressed by a brand new FordFusion hybrid awaiting me. Along with the ins. claim, I had them paintlrepair a ding on my roof (out of pocket, $ 684.)The ENTIRE roof was not repainted, and it was returned to be redone. I had to rent my own car, and pay for it. Now, 6 mos later, a section of my roof rack flew off on the highway. And, the winshield molding was broken and GLUED on. I have had no response from them when I brought it to their attention. It just cost me $ 362 to have these moldings replaced, the GLUE scraped off, and fixed properly. Never go there again! Beware of Wolves in Sheep’s Clothing!
