Do not buy from this store I purchased glasses there and it got scratched the store manager that owned this store said I have to paid 50%of the retail price and send my only pair of glasses to them by Mail because I move from fl to MD. His name is Alex told me to purchase another pair of glasses in MD and send the other ones I purchased from them I said I’m going to paid more then what it cost. Alex would not work with me. I thought that because is a pearl vision is the same policy everywhere but I suggest to ask before you purchased any glasses from pearl Vision and ask how much it cost if they get scratched. I would never purchase any glasses from pearl visions anywhere in the USA

My son lost his glasses on the beach during our last trip to Florida. A woman, who’s a local, recommended for us to go to Pearle Vision in Hollywood. She said that she’s been taking her kids there for years and was very happy with their service. I am so glad that I listened to her. My son got an eye exam which was covered by our insurance & the glasses were done the same day! The sales lady was very knowledgeable. She patiently explained all the options to us and offered to squeeze my son in for an eye exam. My only suggestion is that if you need an eye exam make an appointment ahead of time. We had to wait a little while to see the doctor because we did not have an appointment. Although, I am very thankful that they were able to squeeze him in!

I had gone here back in 2012 and needed to get new contacts. I was told that I had to make an appointment(back area is Dr David Potash offices) and get a new eye exam since it had been over a year. Set up my appiontment and went. They asked if I had insurance and I said NO. They proceeded to let me know that the exam was $ 69.95 and also another test would be $ 39.00, I said Ok and had my exam. I received a new prescription for contacts and went to pay. My bill was $ 201.00 ! When I asked why, I was told that there was a $ 93.00 fee for fitting my contacts. I wish they told my BEFORE the exam.

I was here yesterday for my annual eye exam. This was my first visit to this location. I walked in from the heat and was not greeted by the woman sitting directly in front of me behind a desk. I proceeded to look at frames until she croaked«can I help you with something»? in a two-pack-a-day voice. It was a nice, large, well lit showroom. They had walls filled with designer frames; everything from Burberry to Versace. I told the woman I had an appointment for an exam and she said«down there» and waved toward the back of the store. I walked back to the doctors office area(which I want to make clear is a separate business. The doctor himself was very kind, knowledgeable, and professional.) I was able to have an extra service added that takes digital pictures of the insides of my eyeballs which was cool. The doctor took the time to point out different parts of the eye, and how they can see if I am likely to have heart disease and other health problems in the future. That was pretty amazing. He even e mailed me the photos. The exam was not cheap.$ 220($ 29 extra for the special photos). He and his assistant were very nice. The ‘front of the house’ was the problem. As I was leaving the woman looked up and asked if I wanted any glasses. I already had my Rx so I just shook my head and left. I’ll take my business elsewhere for that part. I would give it four stars if not for the bad sales experience and for the fact that there are hundreds of very upscale eye places around here that will do an exam for $ 150.
