This review is for the Deli. The Publix itself is pretty amazing. Big and spacious and such a variety of products. The deli however is always a nightmare. The line is always extremely long so last night I decided to order online. Our subs were 15 min late. Not only that but when I got home one of the subs was missing half the ingredients, the lettuce looked soggy and the bread was hard as a rock. I’ve never said anything bad about pub subs; yeah sure, they miss one ingredient now and then, but this sub was awful. I went back and the lady at the counter was super sweet and made me a new sub exactly how I wanted it. So they get one more star for excellent customer service.

Great location and customer service. They accommodated my custom cake request that other Publix locations put limitations/no’s to. Our cake was ready on time and they called me to update me on it. It turned out beautifully. Aside from the bakery, the rest of the store has a great selection. Love this location. Very clean, organized and great customer service.

Sigh, I actually kind of miss the older Publix across the street. Yes, it is new and shiny and lovely. However, the parking lot is already a nightmare. I used to be able to zip painlessly into the old location (unless it was Thanksgiving or something). Now, I get irritated almost every time I go by the traffic in the lot and the trouble getting in and out. Oh well.

One of the largest Publix locations I’ve been to in this South Florida region. Large selection and assortment of produce, bakery products, beverages, and pretty much anything you need. Parking is also very plentiful, which is a big help. Customer service at the check-​out lanes is good and effective, for the most part.

First time at this Publix and I do believe it’s the one that used to be on 402 E. Dania Beach. This Publix, which is located in the West Lake Commons shopping mall; is clean, and neatly organized. It would be placed on a list as the nicest Publix supermarkets I’ve been to thus far. The bakery department is a bit smaller than the ones I’ve previously shopped at, but in my opinion, it serves for better and faster customer service. Their produce, whether it’s packaged or loose, looks fresh. The seafood department has a variety of fresh seafood and packaged sushi made fresh daily. Would definitely like to shop here again. This supermarket carries my favorite flavor of Bigelow herbal tea, and I can’t find it anywhere else.

Great store! But… what happened to the deli? Why so slow? It’s agonizing to spend 20 min on average to get an order in. Oh and I wish they would go back to the original triple play for $ 9.99.

I love this new Publix location! Clean, bright, and friendly.
The first few weeks after opening they were overstaffed, evidently a managers and staff from nearby stores were brought in to help with a smooth transition and help people locate items in the new layout. They have returned to regular staff amounts but are still very helpful; at least one employee, often more, has asked if I need help while shopping.
The store has nice wide aisles, a large produce section and plenty of variety, including Greenwise options. (Especially in comparison to the much smaller locations on Park Rd just North of Hollywood Blvd and at Young Circle). Publix branded (generic) items are always a great value, but some of the brand name items are a bit higher here than at other stores.
The bakery and deli departments are efficiently run, very little wait time even with multiple customers in line. They also have a large assortment of both cut flowers and live plants right when you walk in.
This location has ample parking, although as more of he surrounding shops open I suspect it may become crowded at peak times.
Overall a great option for weekly shopping or a quick trip for gifts or snacks.

I wanted something quick to eat, and I live close to this new public and love publix subs! I got there at 9:45. There was 2 costumers in front of me. There was about 3 employees chit chatting with another, while this elderly woman was doing the subs VERY slowly. I waited about 30 minutes, until I finally asked if anyone else could help. FINALLY someone else came and helped and it took another 10 minutes to make my sub. The people behind were so upset most of them left. I was about to, but it was late and I had already waited 45 minutes at this point. I’m never never going to get subs from this public ever again and I doubt the people behind will either. The frustration watching these employees chit chat while this lady has a huge line was just absurd !!

Brand new Publix under staffed. We ordered online for a sub. We gave them of course plenty of time to make it before we picked it up. A good 45 mins. Deli staff was nice and apologized but I won’t do there online order thing again. I tried this service 6 times different times of days and always seem to have run into problems. Even when they were across the street. got manager involved once but have always kept cool. One problem with it is that they stick your food in a case where anyone can pick it up and people do dispite having your name on it people are idiots and take your stuff. the girl at Publix has told me it has happen more then once. This is not fully the stores fault. but I do feel that something should be done.
So to. Summarize everything just stay away from online ordering when using the deli. Also they never have soup in there hot section always is out and they don’t seem to keep it stocked well.

The brand new Publix is open! The store on the north side of Sheridan has closed and relocated to brand new digs across the street. This store is huge and very nice. They have a wider selection of almost everything thanks to the additional square footage. I personally appreciate an upgraded Greenwise selection of organics in the produce and the larger variety of «green» health and beauty products. The wine selection has also improved and they even have a liquor store next door. The pharmacy has a drive thru. At the end of the day it’s what you’d expect from a Publix with a dressier outfit and wider variety. I for one am excited to have such a nice store in the hood! Now when is my Starbucks drive-​thru opening???
