Usually I enjoy coming to the store but today had a purchase that was priced wrong. I asked cashier about it and was told to go to customer service Publix policy is if it scans the wrong price as advertised the item is free. However not the case today. Customer service said because it was meat we just refund you the difference you paid of what the overage was. So I guess the policy is if Publix has to refund you an error price it can’t be more than a couple dollars. Maybe they should rewrite the policy to exclude meat and higher priced items.

They really need to get their parking situation under control. The parking lot is full of «Do Not Enter» signs. Difficult to enter and leave this property. The middle entrance to the property has a Do Not Enter sign in the lane you come in on so you’re forced to turn left or right. This will prove to be an issue when the other stores around Publix open. It’s already a traffic jam at times.
