Siciliano’s Frozen Custard

What an amazing little spot! So delicious!

A bit pricey but absolutely the best custard at a no frills spot. There is nothing not to love with this place. Excellent!!!

Oh my where do I start? They have the best custard! Even though they only have chocolate or vanilla, it is a dream in your mouth. It’s also cheap for the amount that you get. It’s a hole in the wall, but it’s so delicious. Just beware of the customers in that area, they don’t want your advice and when you tell them how amazing this place is they’re nasty. Just don’t make eye contact. Get your custard and leave. The staff are alright, they’re young kids working. So don’t expect much customer service. I gave them 5 stars because of the quality of the custard. It’s not a sit in place, so I don’t care much for their customer service. It’s a less than 5 minute interaction with the staff anyways. Get your custard, pay, and leave. Beware of mean, nasty, rude old ladies.

Cute little old fashioned ice cream shop. Found it on Unilocal when craving some swirl soft serve, and theirs hit the spot!

You have to try this! Frozen custard is similar to gelato yet it is very unique. One of the guys gave me a nice size sample even though I was ordering anyway. How nice is that? I tried the chocolate/​vanilla swirl and it was really fresh, creamy and tasted like a custard yet was a cold concoction. I ordered two of their frozen custard canolli’s to go. They were absolutely fabulous with a waffle cone shell and tons of custard filling that explodes on both sides. I could not finish the whole thing. My son was intrigued by how it didn’t melt before I got it home to him. I’m believing that the cold temperatures outside plus the fact that they keep these canolli’s in a separate case already was what got them home in perfect condition.
Next time and for sure there will be one soon, I’m getting one of their famous sundaes. They offer so many toppings and their secret weapon is that they put toppings on the bottom as well as the top. The shop is very small but is really cute and not overdone. The staff were super friendly even though I was their last customer of the night.

Plain. Old. Vanilla Custard. With Rainbow Sprinkles. Because it’s the simple things in life, that mean SO much! Love it.

Found this gem on Unilocal & decided to head there for an after dinner snack, what I got in return was the biggest «small» order sundae which made my night a great success!
Why only 4 stars? Let me explain… This wasn’t my first rodeo trying out Siciliano’s, I didn’t realize it till I got there I had order custard from them in the past. My original visit wasn’t the best, the custard with the toppings didn’t do it for me (got a sundae & added toppings mercilessly like a child)… But this time around it was different.
I ordered from a list of sundaes they had displayed on the glass. The peanut butter sundae was exquisite, served to the point where toppings were falling off the sides they don’t mess around here & all for $ 4.25!!! I wish I could recall all the toppings in my cup but I’m pretty sure it was along the lines of hot fudge, peanut butter & Reese’s peanut butter cups… It’s the perfect storm of peanut butter!

Okay so that frozen chocolate-​covered banana though… I was not expecting it to be as great as it was. Sooo good. ¹⁰⁄₁₀ would buy and happily consume again.

Beat the heat!!! Cold, smooth, thick and creamy custard. Simple choice. Chocolate, vanilla, or swirled. Whenever I go to the beaches of Dania or Hollywood, this is a short drive to delicious refreshment. They also make shakes using their custard, and have a selection of ice cream.

If you like soft serve ice cream, you will love Siciliano’s frozen custard.
The only other place in South Florida that comes close is Kohr Brothers in the Sawgrass Mills mall.

During our last visit, the guy thats is there most of the time, was talking bad about the customers while i was waiting for him to make our treats. He was saying how «he hates people who come in right before closing time that dont know crap about working in a food place, showing up right before closing» which includes us which we showed up 15 minutes before they closed. The guy is always in a pissy mood, dismissive towards all the customers. If it wasnt that we love their custard so much, we would stop coming due to how unwelcome this guy makes us feel everytime. Hopefully the owner reads the reviews because this employee is making a bad name of a long time family business.

I haven’t had frozen custard since I’ve lived in Seattle several years ago and have been missing it since. One of my coworkers told me about this place so I was really excited to try this place out.
After finishing my exam and having my brain fried, I needed a treat. So I decided to check this place out. Turns out, «frozen custard» was actually just frozen yogurt. Flavors of vanilla, chocolate, or swirl, similar to what you would get at sam’s or costco’s. So I was pretty disappointed because my expectations were set for real frozen custard, which is actually different from frozen yogurt.
For a frozen yogurt, it’s really good. It curbed my cravings for now. Not sure if I’ll come all the way out here for this again though.

This is the best local spot for amazing creamy ice cream. My family just loves this place. We have been coming here for years and my husband wont go anywhere else. They offer a variety of toppings. From vanilla and chocolate to swirl. From Waffle cones to cups and sundaes and my favorite a Hurricane…
For those who cannot have ice cream they offer sherbet.
This place is located next to sublicious and has been at this spot for many many years… Still in an old original building that gives it character.
If your sweet tooth is throbbing for some deliciously good ice cream. This is the place to try. YUMMY!

Holy CRACK, Batman!!! By far, the creamiest ice cream I have ever had!!! Absolutely delish and dirt cheap. I live in NW Miami, but am now making excuses to go to Hollywood so I can detour through Sicliano’s. Thank God I have a job and a life or I would be there every day. Don’t go, just don’t…You will be addicted. LOL

This was one of the best frozen custards we’ve had. The staff was extremely friendly. A+++++
Worth the visit.

First time I’ve had frozen custard & I loved it! It’s like soft serve ice cream but more flavorful, thicker, richer & extremely creamy! They only have vanilla or chocolate flavor, but many toppings to choose from!
I got the BERRY BONZA, I think that is what it was named. I loved it! Strawberries, blueberries & raspberries topped w/​whipped cream & a cherry. I added almonds for the crunch which made it even better! If you’re a fan of berries, I’d recommend this one w/​vanilla custard. I had the swirl custard but personally liked the vanilla flavor more.
This little shop had been around for 25+ years. Def must check out!

Custard ice cream is limited to chocolate, vanilla and a combination of both. They also have sorbet flavors but not as much of a variety as I’d like. Its good though, great treat on a hot day.

This place is a DIVE, it’s SUPER small, but it’s just right. Free WIFI– Random, but always a great perk. Unilocal is faster when I am on WIFI!
When I walked in today I couldn’t decide, so I asked Chris to make me what he would want to eat. He thought I was crazy, and said there is nothing you don’t like, I said, nope… surprise me! He said, «Well, I’ve been here for three years and tried everything. I’ll make you something I love to eat.»
Well, he surely did just that. First he coated the cup, yes, the cup, with some chocolate and nuts, and then he added layer after layer of deliciousness, and honestly I can’t tell you what was in there, but it was amazing. I know those DELICIOUS little crunchy things that come in Ice Cream Cakes were in there, and a smörgåsbord of nuts and chocolate. It was good. I honestly loved it. Would I go back? Yeah, maybe tonight. They aren’t closed yet!!!
