Frequent this Starbucks on my way to work… Very friendly staff and great service. No problems ever. Thanks!

I can’t comment on the drive thru as I dislike them (l like being able to watch my drink/​order being made) so take my review with a grain of salt if drive thru is what you’re looking for.
Also when I review a place I review it in comparison to similar places if there are similar– so this Starbucks is relative to other Starbucks. Starbucks is not my favorite coffee place– I think we can all agree that quality is better at some local places. That said– Starbucks is dang convenient, and I am a shameless Gold Card holder that uses the rewards program to my advantage.
So anyway… on to the review– I stop here if I’m getting Thai food in the area, shopping at Kohls, or going to the nearby Megabus station. It is not my local Starbucks… But I really wish it was, as it’s much better than the two locations near me. The staff is supper friendly, the service is pretty quick for the amount of people in line, and it’s really spacious. My drinks have always been made correctly and taste great. The music isn’t too loud and the bathrooms are always clean. What more could you want from a Starbucks?

Ivan our barista was rude!!! Some people don’t know how to order u need to have patience and stop drinking the espresso then maybe u could relax a little and smell the coffee!

I come here all the time. Danielle is incredibly nice, efficient and helpful.
I often work at this location and I find the ambiance enjoyable and quiet enough to work.

I honestly have no idea where the negative comments come from or how some people had a bad experience here. Personally I’ve never ever had any unpleasant service and I’ve been coming here for years! This location is the best! I’m a Starbucks addict, and I’ve tried so many locations that I can’t even count. This one is the best by far!!!
The service, the atmosphere, and even the coffee itself is simply Amazing!
The friendly baristas keep me coming back here because they’re just that type that make you feel home while treating every one special!

Stuck in drive through line that never moves. You can’t get out of the line. I tried to go over hump only to hurt my vehicle. This car has been at window for almost 10 minutes. I would say that’s a problem. If you cannot move the people through line in sufficient time then maybe you should reevaluate how you do business or stop !!! This is always ! It’s convenient and only way for me having so many children. Not acceptable !

How it can be so slow?
The attended even try to go faster but the how place seem to be in slow motion!
We were here for breakfast for three days, and every time there were just one cashier, a long waiting line on drive thru and girls re-​checking the orders !
If you are hungry or in a hurry, go someplace else !

This is probably the lone drive thru visits I will do at Starbucks, but it seems like every time, more specifically this whole area, that people have a hard time ordering from drive thru. It’s not too difficult but with a baby in the back seat, drive thru is a nice thing to have for coffee.
This whole area neglects coffee drive through, as the Dunkin’ on 441 and Johnson is always out the door. I cannot stress drive thru orders are slow in this area, and I hate to relate it to education but it’s definitely a trend in this area.
Overall, coffee is good, but I’d avoid due to slow drive thru times.

The service is great in this Starbucks, but I’m giving it two stars for being so cold all the time. That place is like being in a freezer!

Long wait in the mornings when it was not overly crowded. Props for good coffee and spelling my name correctly. But I was almost tempted to leave due to the wait.

My favorite Starbucks in town. .maybe because it’s in my neighborhood, and it has a drive through. Very friendly staff. And makes great drinks!

I really like this Starbucks. The staff is friendly and gives fast service. It’s always packed in here but most Starbucks are. This is the perfect place to read or do homework. enjoy a snack and some banging cofee and teas.

The espresso in this store is like water. I got a flat white with an extra shot (already knowing the espresso is weak here) and it was not even close to being strong. Clean the machine, or calibrate it… I won’t go to this store until they do.

Good Starbucks for late night coffee. I like that there is a drive thru option.
I’m not a huge Starbucks fan as I generally drink black coffee or espresso so most of their drinks don’t interest me and their black coffee is very whatever. However, as far as Starbucks goes this one gets 4 stars based upon service and the staff.

This will be the new Starbucks I go to since the staff continues to kick me out at the Young Circle location and I am not welcomed there. Which I will look past the poorly trained staff and customer service and horrible experiences ive had at that young circle location and will still remain pleased and faithfu customer to The Starbucks Company itself and it’s other store locations. ONE of the Baristas, Danny at the 5355 sheridan St. location was very diligently sweeping and keeping the lobby well maintained while I enjoyed my coffee and sandwich in a pleasant environment like it’s supposed to be, like what I’m used to, like the young circle store is supposed to provide.

Fastest Starbucks around love my caramel fraps! The manager is so sweet there to! Keep it up guys!

It is Starbucks and I love a Pumpkin Spice Latte on a rainy cold day!

I like this Starbucks because it has fast service, very friendly baristas, and a drive-​thru.

I really enjoy this Starbucks it seems to have a higher ratio of uniformed visitors than others that I have been to. Not only does that makes this one of the safest Starbucks, it also makes it one of the most interesting. At one point, when a group of firemen, a police officer and a doctor in shrubs were in the same line I almost started with Y.M.C.A. (I kid)… There are always interesting happenings posted on their message board such as mini art festivals, drum circles, one time I saw a knitting circle invite. They play cool jazz and the service is faster tHans expected, but then again I have low expectations for speed at such places.
