Amazing why am I the first person to review? So I wanted to go with a smaller cheaper company and let me tell you I am very happy. First of all the carpet cleaning guy was amazing. He knew what he was talking about and had experience. I will be honest my carpet was disgusting and it is a light badge color. The guy I forgot his name ugh and he was amazing. He was covered in sweat by the time he was done. He really went in. I am doing another deep cleaning in a couple weeks; my carpet was filthy but that is my fault. He removed so much dirt and stains. Over all I am satisfied. Go for it! Oh yeah he moved furniture around and was on time to my condo.

What a terrible, rude and dishonest company. I called them prior to their services to ask for a price estimate. They told me a price for all three rooms that I wanted cleaned. I even asked them if that covers everything and he said yes. I figured great deal!
I spent all day cleaning out the rooms to make sure that my carpets were cleared for them to work. The guy gives me a time frame between 1−3pm which was fine, and i waited until 1:40. When he called me to let me know he was on his way he asked about parking. I explained to him we had street parking or valet and I offered to pay for his street parking. With a huff and a puff the driver was angry and explained that he had a lot to carry and that street parking wasn’t efficient. I told him he could unload his stuff at the receiving area which is where they all go.
He finally gets to my apartment and as I open the door with a smile and a hello, he barges into the room without a word, walks right into me with no apology and makes himself comfortable by going into all the rooms. No words, no hellos, nothing! Finally after inspecting, he quotes me $ 100 more then what I was told on the phone. He calls up his company, speaks a different language to them so I can’t understand and then hands the phone to me. The guys on the phone were no better. They were rude and told me that the price they gave me was the starting price and it didn’t include any of the shampoo or anything. I was appalled! They were nasty to me on the phone and even asked to play back a recording of our conversation, where there is proof that he said that price was it!
Anyway, I told him to forget the service and to get out of my apartment immediately. With a rude look and a huff and puff he asked me to pay his parking. I laughed at him and told him to leave. He went on to tell me that I should have notified before hand that there wasn’t a parking lot or something (street parking is 20 seconds from my apartment). I told him, «Well you should have notified me that the price would go up.»
Anyway, he rambled something in another language and left.
NEVER USE THEM! I am telling you. They are rude, nasty and dishonest!
I never complain about companies, but this one I had to.
