Great friendly service. The salmon was very tasty with a hint of spicy flavor. The corn casserole was a very pleasant surprise. The vegetable pizza was to die for.

More like 3 ½ stars… Food was interesting and eclectic but… Tried one of their small shrimp dishes. At $ 18 you’d think there would have been more than 3 medium shrimp. Although what was there was tasty. Corn casserole was creamy and eggy with a soufflé like texture. They brought a second one(the chef said first one it didn’t look as full as should be) which turned out to be over cooked, more bread textured and a bit spicy. My husband really liked his grilled cheese sandwich with tomato and bacon. Came with a small side of onion soup — we think. Don’t think this place has figured out what it wants to be. Yes, lots of small plates and can share but needs a bit more direction or a theme…

Seriously amazing restaurant! Shrimpcargot is out of this world! Grouper and Filet can not find anywhere else this good. And to boot… kids meals are so fun and yummy! Everyone was happy until my child broke a glass-the manager handled this so wonderfully by picking up the pieces and making my child feel not so bad about it. Wish more places were like this place! We visit this restaurant at least twice while we are in town because it’s just that AWESOME!!!

If you want a fantastic beach setting and mediocre food then this is not the place for you. But if you are looking for good food in a nice relaxed setting then ‘eat here’. This is the best food we have tasted on the island. Have been really disappointed up until now on the standard of food here on anna maria. I had the pork tenderloin which was cooked perfectly and the sides were delicious. My husband had the shrimp which he also loved. Could not fault the place and would highly recommend for those who like quality food.

As a vegetarian I find that going out to eat for dinner usually leaves me underwhelmed. Eat Here just became my favorite restaurant in Florida. Our table shared the garlic potato chips with bleu cheese dipping sauce, excellent! Then my beloved and I shared the only two vegetarian options, a veggie pizza and a plate of roasted vegetables. We’ve had many such dishes in many different restaurants but both of them were really special delicious. I would like to eat the same thing tomorrow. The pizza had a thin crust, a beautiful combo of veggies including olives and beets. We took pictures to show our resort hotel in Vero Beach where we live how a vegetable plate should look. Thank you for the great food Eat Here, and the superb service from Noah, a very knowledgeable and attentive server.

Great place, good food. We were a party of 4; mixed vegetarians and carnivores. All of us had very tasty dishes. Only downside of the place is that it’s quite noisy inside. We asked for a table outside which we got as soon as one was available. Very nice people. Definitely a place to check out!

This place is truly a hidden gem — and yes you should eat here! 3 kids and a mom and dad in need of good food — and that is what we got! Good food and great choices for all of us. Kids served fresh fruit to hold them off at the start and the adults were well taken care of throughout the meal by a staff that was concerned with attention to details. Great job to the founders of this restaurant. Prices are a bit high but totally worth it.

This is a cute little place with a lot of very interesting and tasty dishes on the menu. We had great bruschetta-although not at all Italian like-it was delicious. The honey melon crime brûlée was an interesting twist for dessert — the only thing missing was the espresso!

My family and I really enjoyed this restaurant. Not only was the food fantastic, the service was amazing. I couldn’t have asked for a better wait staff everyone there was extremely accommodating and friendly. Our waiter was extremely knowledgeable about the menu & The hostess was even kind enough to take a family photo. As far as the food goes I would highly recommend the Mahi Taccos they were out of this world! I would go back in a heartbeat!

Tucked into a shopping plaza, I wasn’t sure what to expect when we pulled in but we got a good meal out of it. We started off by splitting the heart attack hot dog. I don’t normally order something like this so I feel guilty admitting that it was insanely delicious. The hot dog was perfect, the bacon nice and crisp, and the cheese sauce was spot on for dipping. For entrees, my wife got the pizza special(fall themed) and I picked up one of the fish specials(mahi mahi). Solid choice for a meal on AMI but three stars because it just didn’t wow us enough when we ate here to come back for more.

My family and I visited last Saturday and were in delight of the food. For a small restaurant it packed a lot of meal choices and flavors. We started with the stuffed button mushroom appetizer special, goat cheese, summer vegetables, over arugula and drizzled with balsamic glaze, DELICIOUS! I ordered the Island-Style Ribs(bell pepper papaya jam), the dinner portion. I was not overly satisfied with the them, a bit fatty for me, but the flavor was there. My boyfriend ordered the burger special, two pattys, bacon, bacon jam, caramelized onions, and bell peppers, served with arugula, fries, and gravy for dipping(which he loved). My father ordered the seafood stew special and he loved it. My mother ordered the surf and turf, which I was able to taste and it was delicious! SO tender and flavorful! Overall we were very pleased with all our choices and would love to go back.

We ate here! So first of all, there is not a lot of good restaurant choice in downtown. But This is It has done a good job of finding the right niche. This is an eclectic little place in an old downtown building. As we walked in we were greeted by one of the staff and immediately shown a table. It was early dinner and there was plenty of room, but it started to fill up quickly. Our server was great, both fun and attentive.(She even found another deep fried oreo after I stole one from my mother-in-law’s plate.) Anyway, our group tried several different things. I had the bourbon chicken sandwich. It had good flavor, although the chicken could have been a little bigger as it didn’t quite fill the bun. My wife’s blackened chic was excellent. Onion rings were perfectly battered and cooked so the onions stilled had a snap. My son had the sirloin that was nicely grilled and flavorful. As first time guests, we were treated to deep fried oreos. WOW! All considered a great experience.

Our experience was so great last year that we couldn’t resist another visit. We were disappointed they weren’t taking reservations, but we arrived around 5:30 on a Friday and only had a five minute wait. We were seated inside at the same table as last year. We were spoiled by our server last year and felt a little let down this year. No clue what his name was, but he seemed rushed and never even explained the specials. Fortunately, we were return diners, but could have been a turn off for first timers. We share the kale salad, poutine with house fries and grouper with a key lime butter and caper sauce served with a side(we picked corn casserole) and nicely dressed arugula. My husband was in heaven with the poutine and didn’t want to share. Perfectly crisped fries with a decadent gravy and loaded with meat. The kale salad was refreshing with a bright vinaigrette — the only complaint was the size as it was small for the $ 10 price tag. We also shared the large grouper entrée that was only the daily special menu. It was a nice size with a key lime butter and caper sauce. The sauce was light on the lime and heavy on the butter — more citrus would have brighten it up. You have a choice of sides and we thought the corn casserole sounded unique — it was good, but a little bland. $ 34 was the listed price, but $ 33 showed up on the bill.
