Peach’s Holmes Beach

We planned on going to a different restaurant but it was closed and Peaches was near by. I wasn’t expecting much for lunch and it hit the spot. I got the patty melt and chips which was a perfect portion for lunch. Nothing special but just a clean, convenient place to grab some lunch. Wouldn’t go out of my way to return but nothing to complain about.

We had breakfast here our first day of vacation on AMI. We are pretty spoiled with some awesome breakfast places at home, so I won’t say this is the best breakfast. However it was delicious, the pancakes are really good and were probably our favorite thing we had to eat here. Overall, great selection of foods and fairly good quality.

Very small cute place. Really quick service and delicious food. The pancakes were huge! Would highly recommend for breakfast or lunch. Staff is super friendly and quick.

A nice place to start your day
I stopped in for an early breakfast. I received a friendly welcome and great service throughout the visit, as well as some very good food. I went with their Corned Beef Hash with a couple of eggs, the hash nicely prepared with flavor, the eggs cooked as directed.
The restaurant was bright and welcoming with good music playing in the background. There were already a few regulars sitting around a lunch counter and others occupying a few of their booths. This Peach’s is in a strip mall and there was plenty of parking.

This gets my highest rating, which is four stars. Five is for the place I cannot afford and haven’t been to yet.
Peach’s has several locations in the area and they are consistent. Good food, prompt service and polite, friendly servers. Of course, it is a place for breakfast… for me anyway… I have not had lunch here, but would suppose they can prepare a sandwich with the same skill as ham and eggs.

Very disappointing. Not sure how Peach’s accumulated such a good review but the food was not good, I’d put it on par with Denny’s. +1 star because our waitress was nice and the place was clean.

Pretty standard breakfast joint, friendly and accommodating staff. My wife and I both got the breakfast combo, pancakes were fluffy and delicious. The eggs are not your standard eggs, definitely had their own flare in them, and they were very generous with the bacon and hash browns. The food was very nicely presented, always love the effort put into that. The décor was the only thing that is keeping this place down for me, bland and too open. They have high ceilings, but nothing hanging from them to make the place cozier. Overall a great place to bike too for breakfast if you’re staying on the island.

Wonderful little spot for breakfast. Right-​sized portions and very good prices. Good value and good food. Makes it a winner in my book.

The BEST brunch I have had in a while. Everything was cooked perfectly. I had the Traditional Eggs Benedict as well as the Corned Beef Hash. My family got the BIG and delicious waffles and pancakes!
Staff was great and very helpful, constantly filling up my coffee glass. Would give them an extra star for that if I could. ;)

Wonderful little place. Roast beef sandwich was excellent (ask for veggie toppings). Would not recommend the burger (appears to be from frozen patties). Overall great food, nice atmosphere and very helpful staff

A bit slow. A bit dirty. They were more focused on resetting their tables versus waiting on customers.
That being said, wife enjoyed her food and the pancakes were big and tasty enough. Though wanted more from peach almond pancake; would assume they would use better peaches than canned considering their name.
Don’t go for cleanliness or ambiance. Go for diner breakfast

Great breakfast. Worthy fruit salad where melon wasn’t the main focus!
Egg, cheese, bacon croissant was perfect. Wife had Blackstone eggs Benedict, amazing!
Kids had chocolate pancakes and loved them.
We’ll be back.

Local gem. Food was amazing and there are some menu items you aren’t going to find other places. Cranberry nut pancakes? With fresh cranberries? What? Waitress suggested them and she was right — amazing! Coffee was excellent. I had the Cozumel omelet with green chilies and avocado — delicious. Kid 2 had a waffle which was crispy outer and soft inner (perfect) and when he asked if he could get banana on it (not listed on menu) waitress said «of course!». Kid 1 (vegetarian) had eggs florentine — like eggs Benedict but with fresh spinach instead of meat. Tom of vegetarian options. Fruit sides were fresh and delicious. Staff was attentive and waitress spoke directly to the kids, which is a huge thumbs up in my book. Do not miss this place if you are on AMI or around that area!

Get there early, it’s small, and gets packed quickly. The servers were nice, the place was clean, the food was excellent, and the price was just right. It’s a perfect place to get an omelette or pancakes and then head to the beach afterwards.

Peach’s was a great breakfast stop. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. While our wait for a table wasn’t long, the hostess checked in with us several times and let us know when it looked like a table would be available. She set the tone for a great experience. Our waitress picked up where the hostess left off. I had some excellent eggs Benedict (traditional, but they had a few variations) with grits and freshly squeezed orange juice. Everything was excellent. The grits were particularly good for this northerner. Others in my group took advantage of the very reasonably priced breakfast combos. They had eggs with toast and fruit. The fruit was good and fresh. Good coffee too. I’d go back again. In fact, I might go tomorrow…

Quick Summary: Holy Giant Pancake Batman! A nice diner with good value and good food, it’s a nice place to come by when you’re looking for that familiar feel.
There’s a surprising lack of brunch places on the northern side of Anna Maria Island, but luckily we found Peach’s. Not having pancakes in a long time I went ahead and ordered 3 of the peach and almond variety. The waitress however looked at me and questioned if I really wanted 3 and tried to give me an estimate of how big they really were… but her framing just didn’t do the pancake justice… it is a monster… and even though I had reduced my order to 2 pancakes… it was still quite the challenge to finish. But, it was a delicious pancake, very fluffy and packed with plenty of both peaches and almonds; I had never had that type before and thought it was a great combination. I also ordered a (thankfully only) half order of corned beef hash which was a nice salty contrast to the pancakes.
I love the armaretto cream that they carry! Never had that before, but there was only one or two packets per table… so I had to ‘yoink’ a few from other tables =)
The food was very plentiful, nicely prepared and came out quickly. A great place for breakfast/​brunch on the island!
