The waitstaff here is pretty awful, haha. I came in to eat at the restaurant with some friends. The waiter was really nice but someone took our pizza and delivered it to a house so we had to what for a new one to get made. I figured maybe that wasn’t our waiters fault, then he forgot to bring out my friends other glass of wine at the end of our meal and was just overall slow. The food was pretty good, nothing to rant and rave about though. We got mozzarella sticks, fish sticks, and pizzas. I got free donut squares with the Unilocal app, which were crazy good and lots of them!

Probably NOT the best pizza I have eaten. Good at best. PapaJohn is better. Crust is ok I had the Hawaiian pizza it was not very tasty. The ham part I could not taste, no salt. The pineapple was also low on flavor. Only the center had sauce and flavor. So the middle of the pie was pretty good. Great service at the bar, Beer temp was perfect, not too cold. The doughnut… Wow they are good. Raspberry perfect topping. Website said Tuesday was a pasta all you can eat. NOTTRUE. bummed me out, so I saw the Hawaiian pizza, wish pasta night was for real. Darn it.

We got there early and were the 2nd party in the restaurant. The waitress was very friendly and the service was good. I got the meat lovers which was tasty. My wife got the caprese which was big for the«small». For 2 drinks, an appetizer and 2 specialty pizzas, the bill was under $ 40. They used real mozzarella on the caprese pizza too.

They need to train their employee first. Specially the manager. She doesn’t know how to solve the problem. No knowledge of customer service. Didn’t even apologize and gave her rude attitude. I will never go there unless they trained their manager in good manner or get a new nice manager.

Delicious meatball appetizer! Caprese salad had giant slices of savory mozzarella with fresh tomato. A little loud and bartender/waitress was too busy to be completely attentive but food was worth the visit.

Had tried Portofino’s when they were in Kendall so was excited to see them while visiting Homestead. Just as good as I remembered then. All our food was great.(Pizza, ravioli, salad, meatballs, and those Mac and cheese balls are a must!) Our waitress(which if not mistaken was named Vivian) was very sweet and attentive. Altogether food + service = A. Our dinner ended with Unilocal free doughnut squares — nothing could be sweeter than free fried dough with chocolate sauce! My tiny complaint… hours claim that they close at 12:00am; at 11:30pm they turned up the dim lights in the restaurant. We realized we were the last ones in the restaurant. So we got the hint! Yes, we were done with dinner and just talking but it seemed a little rude to turn up lights when the hours of operation said they were open until midnight. Regardless if I’m in the area I will definitely visit them again.

They claim they close at 12 but the kitchen closes at 11. I felt like this was false advertising since it is obvious when people look online for a restaurant’s hours, they want to know how late they can order food until

Probably the best pizza I ever ate. Got a veggie pizza and veggie Stromboli and they were very flavorful and tasty. Mozzarella and goat cheese was fresh and creamy. I highly recommend this place to everyone traveling to Homestead, FL. For desert we got desert pizza with chocolate and marshmallows and batter. Again out of the world, just right amout of sweetness. Yum…

First off. Our waiter was great. Manager was rude. We ordered all of our food at the same time bc we have little kids. We waited over 45 minutes for a cheese pizza. When our waiter tried to talk to her manager, the manager gave her attitude. The manager didn’t even come over to apologize for the extremely long wait. If I didn’t have hungry kids waiting for their pizza I would have walked out. Then we got or pizza with practically no cheese

Went here with my hubby & our 5yr old, have been wanting to come here for a long while now but my husband isn’t a huge pizza fan. We finally gave it a try after shopping on Black Friday & we couldn’t have been happier. We had the calamari to start off & let me tell you we haven’t had calamari that good in a long time, not greasy at all & a good size portion. Then my husband had the chicken wing app for his meal with a side of fries, he loved the wings they were very fresh. I had ordered a small pizza with kalamata olives & it was delicious, the sauce had a nice fresh taste to it. The only downside was that I was under the weather & our 5yr old was in need for a nap, so we had to cut our meal short & bring home a bunch of leftovers. Overall we can’t wait to go back, the staff was very attentive & the manager was on the floor making sure that everyone was happy. What more could you want, great food @ good prices & a great staff.

My husband and I really like this place and the atmosphere for our date nights. We’ve had good service and for the price the pizza is great size and tastes amazing. Minus one star because their ranch is a watery kind of funky tasting ranch, but I’m from Oklahoma & figure ranch with pizza isn’t as popular here. Previously I gave 4 stars because of their ranch. Came back tonight and the ranch was perfect and not at all watery, we LOVE Portofino!

This is our go-to place for pizza and wings. Unfortunately, my 3 yr old boy and I were in and had to wait 15 min before I had to ask for service. The guy who took our order was great though. Every other time we have been here we have received outstanding service and, after the wait, this was no different. Great place.

This is definitely a cute little place that I go with the family for our family date nights. Great service and yummy food. It also doesn’t hurt that they give discounts for baptist employees. The pizza is delicious and the kids menu is pretty good as well. They also have a good happy hour menu

I have been back 4 times since the first review and I haven’t been disappointed. Tons of toppings on the pizza, which the«large» is huge! The tiny bit of «char» from the fired oven is what sets the pizza off. The staff and quality of the food have been consistent and excellent. My last two visits I got the Stromboli… wow! For those reasons, I’m upgrading my rating/opinion to a 5 star!

Order take we came around 1030, we greeted by a very nice gentle man and ask if we can order take out and he handed us a meal and even offer something to drink while we waited on our food .very impressed by that .we order with roxy the bartender . We had order Caesar salad and the profino special we had ricotta cheese, bell peppers and meatballs it was very good expect their was no sauce with the pizza. Which was little dry but the ingredients were very good and fresh. after reading a couple other reviews guess I should have ask for a side of marinara as other suggested .
Over all we waited about 20 mins for a food to be ready. The price wasn’t too bad. Oo the square donuts you get for free by checking in our amazing. First time here and I will be coming back.

Cute little place. I only came here to pick up a takeout order but the quick experience gives this joint 4 stars. –Placing the order, simple. –Picking up they knew my name as soon as I walked up. If you didn’t know I am famous. –She opened the box to show the pizza was actually inside the box. har de har har… In and out in a couple minutes. LOVE!

Knockoff of Anthony’s Coal Fire Pizza or its younger brother?! Who cares… The taste in my opinion is definitely better than Anthony’s and the place has a better vibe! My hubby and I arrived about 8PM on a Friday night and there was a 15 minute wait. We saw two seats at the bar and immediately sat there since we didn’t have to wait. Our server/bartender was pleasant and attentive! We ordered the small portion of garlic focaccia bread which wasn’t small at all! It was 6 pizza slice-like pieces with marinara… Mama mia: kiss: molto buona! Great appetizer to start with! Of course we had to try the coal fire pizza. There were tons of interesting combination specialty pizzas but we chose the Philly which came with steak, mozzarella, Monterrey cheese, onions and peppers. It was good, although I would prefer some marinara sauce in my pizza(pizza was sauceless but SUPER cheesy). The waitress was nice enough to bring me a side of marinara. The marinara added fireworks to the pizza!!! The pizza went from good to delicious! Since I had checked in on Unilocal,I received a coupon for free donut holes. I showed the coupon to the waitress and she brought us the donut squares which were AMAZING!!! I felt like I was at the youth fair! Doughy, greasy, and full of powered sugar! Dinner and tip for two for $ 34 was great! We will definitely be coming back to try more of their specialty pizzas, calzones and sandwiches! Tips: 1.) Sit at the bar for no wait– first come first serve. 2.) Ask for marinara on the side since some pizzas don’t have sauce. 3.) donut squares for dessert!
