Pizza Hut

I have visited this location several times over the years. I used to order pizza from here more frequently, at least 3 – 4 times a month. Now, I probably only go here a couple times a year, if that. Unfortunately, I can only give this location three stars. The pizza is often dry tasting and or looking, and lacking cheese, as can be seen in the photo I provided. It was edible, but not delicious.
I do like their desserts. I have had the Hershey’s chocolate Dunkers several times. They’re actually really good, but the chocolate dipping sauce they gave me was expired, so I didn’t eat it. The triple chocolate brownie they have is good too. You’ll really like it if you’re into the more rich, dark chocolate taste. The cinnamon sticks with icing are also good. I also like the big Hershey’s chocolate chip cookie they have. I would probably give them more stars if I was only talking about their dessert, but it’s called Pizza Hut, not Dessert Hut lol. On another note, the cashier who was there when I went was nice and friendly. Overall, I would prefer going to a different Pizza Hut location over this one.

I have not had any issues with our pizzas; all we order is plain cheese. When we order breadsticks we always have a problem. On three separate occasions we received The breadsticks with no seasoning/​crumb topping which is how they are supposed to come. The first time I didn’t think too much about it, I never complained and we ate them anyways even though they were not good. The second time it happened we got home and saw that they had no seasoning/​topping as well. I called to ask why they are serving them like this and was told I can bring them back. Several months later we try this place again ordering the breadsticks I check the breadsticks before we left and again they had no topping; so we didn’t buy them and I will never go back to this location.

I usually avoid this place only because they seem under-​staffed during peak business hours. I was once told +1hr for a carry out, then it still wasn’t ready. Seems fine when I order early or late.
I rather like the new design since the overhaul. Switching the regular sauce out or getting a flavor over the top would count as extra toppings at other places. The pizza keeps surprisingly well and was still delicious after an hour of sitting on my counter. Comparatively, Dominos didn’t keep for fifteen minutes being getting dry.
Most striking is the staff, who seemed surprisingly informal. Most fast food places train their people to rush to the register and give you a stare like they are mentally preparing to give you a handy. Got some legitimate relaxing small-​talk, like they were actual human beings or something.

This place is awful!!! We just got 2 pizzas delivered, one of which had a huge dent in half if it where all cheese and pepperoni were missing! Another time they forgot the sauces and promised to return with them, we waited over an hour, called and were promised again and never received them! These of course were the few times they actually delivered, most of the time they claim they are too busy and tell you it will be an hour for carryout. There is no excuse for this, learn to schedule and hire employees that give a crap about the quality of service they provide.
I love Pizza Hut and sadly won’t be going back…

First off I’d like to state that I have been a Pizza Hut lover from day one. Almost every location I’ve been to is inviting and has good pizza. The Homewood location, unfortunately, isn’t one of them. I’ve ordered from them multiple times to be let down over and over again. I actually boycotted buying from this place due to their inability to produce a quality product consistently. One time I ordered at 6, they estimated it would be ready by 7:15. 8:00 rolls by and I call them. They explained that the driver had left at 7:35 and should be there shortly. I waited another half hour and they still didn’t show. I jumped in my car and went up there to see that my order was sitting in their oven. I asked to speak with the manager and got the response «he ain’t here, I’m in charge.» I called corporate and they mailed out a $ 20 complimentary gift card.
I waited a few weeks before my pizza cravings came back, and thought I’d try them again. This time I ordered carry out with a buddy. We were told the pie would be ready at 8:00. We arrived at the store at 8:05. We noticed there were about 5 other customers waiting for their food. We asked about our pizza and were told it would be another 15 minutes. Another customer came in and ordered food (after we had waited a total of 45 minutes in the store). He got his two pizzas before everyone else waiting and that created chaos. We decided to wait it out, finally got our food around 9:00. We got home and ate the food, the pizza was very dry and the wings we ordered had very little sauce with them.
The owners of this company should be ashamed that nobody cares at this location. It’s like they only hire family or people who don’t want to work. I recommend any other place over this location!

This place is a complete cluster. I don’t expect gourmet or even elite service from a pizza hut service. But I do care about attention to detail, customer service and caring just a little bit about being a business owner. Do this place a favor and boycott it at all costs, hopefully it will go out of business and something better will replace… Anything.

The site states that the store closes at 10:00pm. The employee told me at 9:07 that I could not order unless I showed up in 6 – 7 mins because the doors close and automatically lock. This is not the first time I have had a problem from ordering here. I’m tired of the employees telling me no when I’m nice and tip when not even necessary. I’m taking my business to privately owned business, where they treat me better.

Eh, dark and unwelcoming here. Just get your pizza and get on with your day, I guess?

I should know better than to even consider ordering from Pizza Hut when I want something that resembles quality. It never fails that your pizza will come with toppings that you didn’t ask for, will be undercooked and soggy (even if you request well done), and that there will be some hijinks with their payment system.

I get that they are busy on new years eve, BUT that’s no excuse. Ordered pizza and cups of sauce at 5:45 with an estimated delivery time of 7:30. Delivery boy forgets sauce, and says he is going to go back and get it. He never returns.
We opened the pizza and just by looking at it, you could tell it had been sitting there for a long time… The whole pizza was cold and it tasted gross because there was no sauce. Blah!
