7-Eleven

I love 7 – 11 ever since i was a kid, so many food items to choose from and i love their hot foods section. this is the #2 stop for me when on the road and need a quick meal. the #1 is usually a mcd’s or taco bell but i get sick of those places sometimes and come to 711 for the variety and also the slurpees. man those slurpees are so ono expecially now that they have so many different flavors, mnt dew, coke, pepsi.
i recently tried the foreal shakes and those are just ok, too pricey for the amount of product they offer. for $ 5 minus whale get a ben and jerry real icec ream. lol

I’m a regular customer at 7 eleven. When I went to the 7 eleven in kalihi, I was very upset about the customer service there. I know that they pride themselves on customer service but I very upset about how they treated me. I bought 2 slurpies and 2 cheese sticks for my kids and when I walked out of the store my kids were fighting over the cheese stick. I said I bought 2 so why are u fighting. They only had one so I went back to the store and said I only got one and I paid for 2. The associate asked the other associate if he put 2 inside and he said he did. I said he didn’t because I only got 1. The lady clerk said maybe I dropped it or the kids ate it. I said no and we were arguing for awhile. Then she finally gave me the cheese stick and said next time look in your bag before you leave the store. I said to her i will call the office about what happened. She didn’t even apologize.

Discovered Peace Tea here! It’s delicious and this is one of the only 7Elevens that has an assortment of flavors to try for 99 cents for 24 ozs! What a deal! Try it! You’ll love it! The staff are friendly and helpful, and they go out of their way to find me a Japanese bun that’s hard to find elsewhere. One of the nicer 7Elevens in town!

This place is the best! Filipino clerks look like FHM models and they carry my favorite drink the Arizona Energy drink. They also carry the best magazines, (Sport’s Illustrated Swim Suit Edition), as well as others. I only have one single complaint… they don’t carry enough bentos, sandwiches, and inside out sushi. I guess being so close to 2 housings will do that for you. They should order more of those items and lower the price of the cold pork hash.

I’ve been coming to this 7-​Eleven since I was a baby. My favorite memory is my coming here every week with my Dad as a young girl, and he would always buy me string cheese. The string cheese area is still in the very same location as it was 21 years ago.
7-​Eleven can be a bit pricey when it comes to buying groceries, etc. I think most locals come here for the bentos, musubi’s, pastries/​coffee. I personally love their Spam Katsu musubi and their Creole Macaroni Bento.
7-​Eleven is a staple through out Hawaii, this is where we would go when we were young to buy lunchables and food for your field trips. So much memories.
