We know Ryan personally, and he has cooked for us on purely a personal level. Let me say he is a masterful chef, he made us empanadas that bursted of flavors from south east Asia, along with pulled pork tacos that melted in your mouth. Ryan cooked for our family as a private chef while we were vacationing in Honolulu. Our chef had an emergency to attend to and asked Ryan to cover for him one night. He was fabulous! For pupus, he made an ahi/avocado bites, shrimp crostinis and Hawaiian flavored edamame. The main entrée was prime ribeye(cooked perfectly) for the meat eaters and an herb seasoned chicken for the non-beef eaters. The accompaniments were also delicious as was the mango-blueberry crumble. He is highly recommended and we would gladly hire him again.
