I was extremely disappointed. Crab was cold. No one was manning the steak grill or the crepes bar. My server never once refilled my drink. They ran out of forks. We went on a Friday, there wasn’t much people there. Service overall was bad. The fire Show was great. Very talented people– fire dance, hula, ect. After dinner our server put the bill on the table, didn’t say a word to us. When I looked at the bill they added a 15% tip without my permission(we had a party of 3) and very little service.

Decent food, the show was fantastic! Price was so so, and you get a free lobster with every drink. But not much of a selection of food

The dancers are definitely the highlight here! I dragged my wife because there was a coupon to get a free lobster tail. The lobster consisted of a little lobster mixed with breading and mayo stuffed back into the half shell. I didn’t trust the sushi but the crab was decent for the price. The highlight was in the middle of the dinner a mouse dropped from the rafters onto this guys head. It was straight out of a movie. I honestly would give this 1 star but I realize that when you have an outdoor restaurant you are bound to have some critters. Either way this place is meh. I will not return although the service was very nice and the MC had a beautiful singing voice!

This is the worse buffet I’ve ever eaten. Overpriced. Arrived at the lunch buffet at 1:50pm. No featured buffet dishes available to eat yet they continued to seat incoming customers like cattle while no fresh or new food came out of the kitchen. At one point I watched some customers walk away from the minimal buffet selection with only white rice, an orange slice and dinner rolls. In all fairness, there was plenty of french fries and orange slices. I watched a customer complain about the lack of promised buffet selections and he was totally rebuffed and ignored. Seriously, me and my dining companion feel like we’ve been robbed. A crime was committed! I’m calling the Police!

I’m giving it an extra star because the show was awesome. Just think of it as paying for the show and there happens to be a buffet on the side as well. Don’t fall for the lobster, because looked like buttery, mayo crawfish. Everything else was lukewarm bland and had me worrying that I might get food poisoning. I kept eating as much ribeye as I could because I knew it was fresh when they were grilling it in front of me. I’m a sucker for crepes, they weren’t bad either. But overall I agree with the general consensus, it’s a tourist trap and pricey if you feel like you HAVE to have some Polynesian culture experience while you’re in Hawaii.

Amazing show… Horrible food. Food that was supposed to be hot was cold as if it had been sitting out for hours. The food(buffet style) wasn’t replenished so it was slim pickings. The rice was even hard. This was quite possibly the worst place I have ever eaten. I was sitting next to a former employee and he even commented that his food was bad and that the place had really gone down hill. To top it off it was $ 20 bucks for one person to eat. NEVER again.

Went there for Father’s day dinner. The food was okay. Plenty of selection, but not that tasteful. This place is a tourist trap.

All you can eat lobsters price $ 30. Lobsters all baked with mayonnaise, no option for steamed lobster. Server will bring as needed. Without lobster, price is $ 23, which includes crab legs. Crab legs were dry. Shrimp was not sweet. Overall food wasn’t fresh. Mostly I ate was lobsters, kimchi, tofu &seaweed soup. Waiters and greeters were friendly, but people at the food stand doesn’t seem to be enthusiastic. I wanted to get udon and came to the soup place 3 times but there was one there to help. Honestly, rating would be 1 star if it wasn’t for the waiter and greeter.

Horrible service! Don’t go there! We went for the crab legs but the waitress never came back to serve us after we sat down and she brought two water. She walked by our table three times and never event looked, took empty plates or brought our check and refilled water. I had to walk to the front desk to ask the hostess to get me water refill. then we walked to the front to pay ourselves, as we were paying the waitress came by and brought our check. What a joke… I asked to speak with a manager, it took 10 mins for someone to come and she didn’t apologize at as I complained to her about our experience. She just keep saying«ok ok»… So don’t go and save yourself a heartache…

So this place was recommended for their variety and gave it a try. Came for dinner. Place was packed so a short wait. Since was so busy, they couldn’t turn the plates and utensils over fast enough. Then, no beverage service. Food is decent for this sort of mass feeding facility. Not the best. Just OK, especially for the variety; plenty of. Sushi and poke were OK too.

Performance is great and there are two shows at 6pm and 7:30pm. However, food is just so so. Some food seems not fresh.

We enjoyed the dinner and the luau! The performance was good and so is DJ Dominguez, I think that’s his name. Its a $ 20 dinner therefore you can’t expect an elaborate performance and luxurious food but for the price, it was satisfying enough. The selection was great and the servers was very attentive. The foood overall is not great but it’s not bad either. For $ 20 I got more than I paid for, We’ll be back again!

This is a great budget luau. Don’t go in expecting a $ 60 dinner and show but if you are expecting a $ 20 dinner and show you will leave very happy. The show was entertaining. There were parts that I was impressed and other parts that were cheesy but still enjoyable. Most of the food was at least ok but there were a few dishes that I really enjoyed. All in all I felt like I got more then my money’s worth and enjoyed the experience. If you want to see a nice show but don’t feel like spending a ton of money this is a great option.

We came here because of the promise of ribeye steak. The steak was okay but everything else was bland and barely even warm. The best thing was the ice cream banana crêpe for dessert. Also, WAY overpriced.

This place is a joke. The food that was supposed to be cold was not. And the food that was supposed to be warm was NOT. OVERPRICED. don’t wast your time. So not worth it. The only good part was the entertainment.

WARNING: unless you enjoy dining with pigeons, do not go there! Avian Flu anyone? How the heck did the place pass the health inspection? Limited options on the buffet that didn’t taste very good anyways… Raw fish + Pigeons flocking around. Our waiter had to throw ice to scare the damn birds away. Save your money, and go to burger king guys

Made a reservation for our party of 11 for the 6pm seating. We got our seats within no time and had a great table for the show. There was plenty of food including crab legs. The kids loved the different variety of foods, fruit and desserts. The adults loved the sushi options, chicken curry, and all steak/shrimp. The service was ok, but all in all we enjoyed the entertainment and our meal. Make sure you get your coupon for the free lobster too.

This is a great regular stop for us. The buffet is a good deal, especially the $ 14.99 lunch from 11:30−3. They have variety of sushi and fruit and other dishes. The grill is really good too. The dessert area is good too. We love coming at night to watch fire dancers. And if I feel like having a drunk, they have that too. Service is really great for the most part, especially this male waiter John. No complaints here.
