We’ve been going to Dr. Lam for over 18 yrs for any ailment you can think of. 1) Love that you don’t need appointment, it’s walk in 2) Staff very attentive 3) Dr. will call you personally 4) Dr. will refer you to other physicians if necessary. I love that you don’t wait for hours to get in, but beware his office is not in a FANCY environment but gets the job done! I’d highly recommend him if you want personal service and care! don’t attempt on making a appointment here receptionist was very unprofessional and rude. called because i was given a list of doctors who accept workman comp and they were part of the list. upon calling receptionist asked how i got their number, where i work for, etc. the receptionist instead of telling me that they aren’t accepting new patients proceeded to tell me that we aren’t supposed to be on that list and that they asked to be taken off the list and hung up on me. no offering any recommendations or anything thanks for nothing

I have been going to Dr. Lam for 10 years fr my annual USCG physical. No complaints, his office staff is familiar with the required forms, and I never have to wait too long.
