I’ve noticed the price of your shirts has risen steadily over the past few years. I understand from the costs of living especially in Hawaii, I can live with that(Price). But what are you doing to the material? It is thinner, lighter and wrinkles more easily. It used to be wash and wear, NOIRONING?! I have aloha shirts from years ago and the difference is clearly noticeable! Please stop this and bring back the Reyn’s we were accustomed to.

Reyn Spooner outlet shop in the guise of a nicely kept downtown boutique. Majority of previous season’s prints are $ 65, a few at more reduced rates depending on what is there. Shopkeeper is friendly and organized, make sure to get a quick store intro and use for any questions. If you are a fan of Spooner shirts you can save a bit off the current prints at the higher priced main stores.

Found great reverse print shirt that my better half loved and absolutely had to have! Had to stop myself from going overboard and finding more shirts. There’s always a very knowledgeable and helpful salesperson who knows a lot about the history of various designs. Worth a trip to this very pleasant downtown location. If you’re not otherwise in downtown Honolulu, there’s metered on-street parking nearby or at Chinatown Gateway. There’s a factory outlet sale currently underway, which occurs at least once a year.

Looking for a quick, but thoughtful gift for my husband two days before Christmas, I ran into this shop to find him a nice aloha shirt. I was hesitant to make the $ 70+ purchase because of the«ALLSALESFINAL — No returns or exchanges» sign that protrudes from the register. On the side, the manager quietly told me he’d make an exception if it didn’t fit. Sure enough, the shirt didn’t fit. Although it’s sort of a good thing. Reyn’s shirts fit true to size. That is, they don’t shrink. So while my hubby normally sports a 3XL, he was swimming in it. I called the manager and explained our situation and asked if he might be able to make an exception in our case. After all, it was a Christmas gift, it hadn’t been used, etc. Sure enough, he agreed, and today we walked out with a very nice 2X. Great guy, pretty decent selection(esp for bigger guys) and convenient lunch-hour location for those who work downtown.

My husband has come to enjoy the styling and quality of Reyn Spooner. As Californians, we didn’t really know the difference in Aloha shirts, but as you live and work in the 808 state, you soon realize that not all Aloha shirts are created equal. Reyn Spooner is high quality, stylish but unmistakenly Aloha. Located across from the huge Bankoh corporate building, I’ve been coming here for the past 4 years or so, and I really enjoy this particular store as it’s kind of like Ross, you just don’t know what you’ll find until you walk in. Sometimes they’ll have this huge assortment of newer merchandise at 50% — 75% off the retail! Or they’ll have NFL or MLB aloha shirts. One time, around Thanksgiving time, they had a wonderful assortment of shirts for $ 10! Or sometimes they’ll have nothing interesting at all… well the gentlemen who works there is very interesting. At first dealings, he seems kind of aloof or disinterested in the customers but don’t judge a book by its cover, as he’s extremely knowledgable, professional and passionate about his products! Either way, this place is definitely worth a look if you’re in the area, but I’d suggest calling the store first to see if they have a new shipment of things in because again, you just don’t know what they’ll have in store. Pros: –Quality Reyn Spooner shirts way lower than regular retail –Customer service is good. The staff is extremely knowledgable in sales, products, cuts of fabric etc. Cons: –Crap shoot of what’s in store as they get things sporadically. –No returns or exchanges –Small store

So I’m nuts about Reyn Spooner’s Modern Collection aloha shirts. I have many in my closet here on the mainland. So a Reyn’s outlet was a treasure trove for me. I just wish there had been a few more designs in stock. But, being that this is a true outlet, I have to assume that inventory varies greatly. Terrific savings, though, on the three shirts I picked up. If I was a local, this would be my go-to place for aloha shirts.

I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again. Reyn’s epitomizes the classic Hawaiian shirt and the only real place to get it is at one of their stores. Granted they are available at the chain stores such as Macys and Nordstrom, but the selection at their stores is unmatched. Well, when the pieces are near the end of their cycle, they end up at Reyn’s Rack and at much appreciated discounted prices. If you’ve bought a store at a flagship, you know the shirts easily run $ 80 and more. Yet, when you go to the rack, the prices are substantially cheaper and you can get the same high quality shirt for work. I would suggest that you buy your own shirts here and not necessarily for gifts since the return policy is non-existent here and you definitely need the brown box to give the shirt in!

This super dinky little store off of Merchant Street houses some great bargains as far as Reyn’s Aloha Shirts go. The only thing that is noticeable is the sign, otherwise you’d blow right past it. Actually, most people do anyways. Reyn’s shirts are typical«classic» aloha wear with prints and cotton fabric that moves along those same lines. Most of them run 20−30% off their normal price daily. It’s a great place to get your Aloha shirts at a discount if you are a Reyn’s aficionado. This place caters to the downtown business crowd and I’m not sure as to where to park, since we were on foot. I’m sure if you give them a call they could tell you where.
