By far my favorite Subway restaurant on the island. How can a Subway be great? you ask. Aren’t they all the same? Not quite. The staff here are some of the most friendly you’ll find anywhere. They also take great care in making your sandwich taste and even look great where other locations could care less. If I were to open my own subway franchise, first thing I’d do is steal away Lucy, Jay and Lena. Personnel aside, shop is always clean and parking is usually a breeze.

I had the best customer service yesterday… Made a work chore of picking up sandwich platters a pleasant and enjoyable experience. Wish I had gotten their names so I could thank them again! Whomever owns this Subway location is lucky to have such friendly and engaging employees.

I don’t come to this subway often but it is the only subway on the island that I eat from. Their bread and vegetables always taste fresh. The ladies working the counter are very friendly and polite. They are also located by HCC.

Love that they open @ 6:30am. Got a pepperoni Flatizza this morning. It is the most satisfying thing to munch on all day, even though there are only 4 slices. Cold pizza is great, and this is just as. @ 6:30am, it’s like a ghost town, but it gives one time to absorb the entire menu at one’s leisure. Very clean establishment, with super friendly staff.

I cant beleive how much this place has gone downhill just by hiring one employee. Used to be a pretty decent place, but after hiring a polynisian looking lady, the enviroment has plumeted. She brings her kid to work, and has them do there homework on the customers tables while she yells at them, and now shes having a complete personal conversation on the company phone, using words like«ASSWIPE».

Possibly my favorite subway. Convenient but not heavily trafficked. Competent staff. Clean.

Went to the Subway on Kokea st little after lunch hour. Angela I believe her name has given the worst customer service ever. I was ready to order my sandwich and she asked me what bread I wanted so I told her which one i wanted after 5 seconds of getting my bread she disappears. She runs outside to her car that was parked across the street on street parking and parked her car in front of the restaurant in the handicap stall. She doesn’t even come back in to help me instead wipes her car down instead. I was already upset because no one else was even try to help me at all I had to ask for service before they came to me. I asked to speak to the manager or owner and apparently found out from them she does this all the question is if she does it all the time why is she still working for subway she should be fired. something should be done about her.

It’s subway. If you don’t like your sandwich, you only have yourself to blame. Unless of course the sandwich maker sneezes or spit in sandwich. The price is right and you too can lose weight like Jared, unless you eat a footlong at every seating.

This subway shop is one of my favorite Subway’s to go to… one very good reason is, they have great deals! They have this sign on the window that says — «$ 5 dolla, $ 5 dolla foot long… if you buy a regular drink!» I must say the — $ 5 dolla, $ 5 dolla foot long was such a very catchy commercial, wouldn’t you say so! :) One of the reasons I really like this particular shop is because they really know how to pack in a good sandwich! On the veggie options, they offer spinach(which I like)…as I noticed not all Subway’s offer this. Service is fast, just two ladies working, but they work in tandem, and knock sandwiches out quickly. The restaurant has a few tables/seating inside the shop. There is a lot of free parking, but sometimes the lot gets full… if you cannot find parking in the lot, there is a lot of street metered parking too. Nothing wrong with eating healthy once in a while… Subway, eat fresh! :)

Great little location just a block away from work. Looks small but there’s a good amount of seating towards the back of the store. Staff were friendly. Though the parking lot is always full there is alot of street parking available.

I typically avoid writing negative reviews, but the women who served me at this location PISSEDMEOFF! I went bright and early to get their morning subs because I had a bite of my boyfriend’s Sunrise Subway Melt and it was phenomenal. Thus, I decided to go on my own escapade and get myself one of them scrumptious toasties asap! While I was ordering my foot long sandwich, the cranky subway worker was not friendly… at all. However, I did not make a big deal out of it because first of all, it sucks to work early in the morning. And secondly, I decided to give her the benefit of the doubt since it is probable that she was burnt earlier by the toaster? Anyway… she wraps my sandwich and passes it to the next grouchy woman at the cash register. I must say, this Subway has a fine collection of grumps. The cashier asked if I wanted the ‘buy one get one free’ deal and I declined because an extra foot long would have been unnecessary for me at the time. When she rung me up… she said, «that would be $ 11 and whatever.» Okay, she didn’t say«whatever», but all I heard was $ 11!!! $ 11 for a frickin footlong!!! Are you kidding me??? I was thinking, «Okay…the sandwich wasn’t that awesome. What the hell is going on???» Instantly I asked the woman, «does it cost this much because I didn’t get the ‘buy one get one free’ deal?» She replied by nodding her head lazily. Annoying right? So I asked her if I could have the deal and her response was even more irritating. She said, «well i have to change your order and it’s just too much of a hassle, so…» *SHRUGSSHOULDERS* I wanted to knock their delicious cookies off the counter! Reluctantly I paid for the stupid sub and stormed out. When I arrived at my workplace, I was so disgruntled, I immediately started stuffing my face and finally looked at my receipt. Yatta! I solved the mystery, which should have been solved at the cash register, but they charged me for two 6-inch subs! DAMNTHEM! *crumples receipt in tightly closed(possibly shaking) fist* So I drove all the way back to the worst Subway on the island and addressed their mistake. They were very apologetic and issued my credit, which took FOREVER. Bottom line: I would probably have not written this review if they were actually nice or if it was my mistake. But to provide terrible service and give bad attitude is unacceptable! Shame on you! *spits on ground*

Any, any!!! Subway Melt;… Subway Melt foot long. Any, baby!!! Sub Club;… Sub Club foot long. Any, baby!!! Philly Cheesesteak;… Philly Cheesesteak foot long. Any, baby!!! Steak and Cheese;… Steak and Cheese foot long. Baby, baby!!! Chicken Bacon Ranch;… Chicken Bacon Ranch foot long. These are my any, any, …baby, babies when I got«five…five dollar foot long» in my head. I like this particular Subway because I consider the sub builders here my baby, baby, babies. My babies know how to make all of my Subway babies the way I like um. Veggies piled high and then compressed in a sliced, one foot long loaf of bread! Roasted garlic bread with one of my babies, Provolone cheese, dijon mustard, mayonnaise… toasted. Add the works(lettuce, tomato, pickles, red onions, olives, extra jalapeño, cucumber, green pepper) piled in a heaping mound of what is supposed to be a healthy and diet friendly sandwich. Drench the top with oil and vinegar; slice into two and wrapped to go. The Subway Guy, Jared Fogle supposedly eat two Subway sandwiches a day and lost over 245 pounds in a year. All I can say is that if the subs were made at this Subway… No way Jose!!! And for your information, I would never go to the Subway Jared went too because they probably built his sub with only a teenie weenie amount of everything with no dijon, no mayo and no oil and vinegar. He was probably eating«Two…two dollar three inch» two times a day. I think the«Six…six dollar foot long»(Five is six in Hawaii) is probably a nine… nine…nine dollar foot long meal for two here. What a real bargain! My half of a foot long probably has more calories than a Whooper and larger fries at Burger King or a Quarter Pounder with Cheese and large fries at McDonald’s. But that Subway jingle…“Five…five dollar foot long. Any, any” that sticks in my head has got me hooked. I find myself driving to this Subway for one of my babies… often. I’m thinking it’s OK cause Jared lost weight eating Subway sandwiches. They should do a before and after of me eating two Subway sandwiches here every single day for a year. I think I could gain his 245 pounds… easily. P. S. A 17 year old named Fred Deluca and Dr. Peter Buck founded Subway in 1965. Today there are more than 27,000 restaurants in 85 countries. Subway is considered the best fast food restaurant in the world; ahead of even McDonald’s. There are more than 120,000 people singing«Five…five dollar foot long, Any, any» jingle every single hour. I never really liked Subway until they added my babies, their specialty bread… toasted… and that catchy jingle that sticks in my head.
