Aiea, HI
Bad customer service. I just called and checked what the rates are from Aiea to the airport. The man said where in Aiea? By Buzz’s steak house I replied. Then he said it costs more. He claims Aiea is only Pearl Ridge. So then I questioning him and he started talking louder than me instead of listening to my question. Then he hung up. People need to go to customer service classes!
