I love Ross! It is my favorite store but I hardly ever get to go in there… Why? Because I have two small children and you cannot take the strollers out of the store. So, if I buy anything it is nearly impossible to make it back to the car! I have to leave my purchases at the cashier and go get my kids loaded then pull may car to the front of the store and go in and get my purchases! Ugh! Come on Ross! Let us take the carts out of the stores!

The best ross in bham besides highway 280… very good selection, have to go when putting out merchandise normally between 12 and 5

Fair prices, if you can find what you are looking for. The store, however, is poorly kept and not stocked in an organized fashion. Only 1 of the 5 associated I spoke with was helpful, and the bathroom was in dire need of both cleaning and repairs.

This Ross is behind the Galleria. It’s a great location & you are bound to find a deal here! Friendly staff, but always seems to be understaffed.

I am typically a Ross/​Marshalls/​TJ Max Fan. I like a good bargain, etc. This Ross, however, was not for me. There were very long lines, and one of the smallest Men’s Departments I have ever seen in any store. Not only that, but there was zero organization. I know that you can’t expect too much at a discount chain, but there can still be some pride in the presentation. I won’t be going back.

I always, always, always find a great deal here! Whoever runs Ross is a genius! With that said, they made me very angry one time. I was in line to return something and I waited for several minutes. The cashier told me that I had to get in another line. How was I supposed to know that? I understand that she had customers and she didn’t make the rules, but she should have been more observant. Also, if that’s their policy, then they need a sign up or something.
Other employees have been sweet to me. They just need to invest in more registers because the store is so popular and there’s never enough people, so the customers end up waiting for a while.
