There is nothing more frustrating than to watch somebody who has taken a job that centers around CUSTOMER SERVICE and see them disrespect their clients!
I just watched a young lady take a «client», who was in a wheelchair and taking the train to Terminal C, and face her into the corner, while waiting. The employee, on the other hand, was mingling with other employees.
In my opinion, from the moment one of these Airserv employees is assigned a person, they should be required to interact with them and not ignore them when you want to catch up with your buddy! They shouldnt be on their cell phones either!
Your job is Customer Service!
