Horrible service. The employees all stood around talking to each other until the cashier girl realized I was standing there waiting for someone to take my order. She came over and helped me, while the other employees just stood around and chatted. One guy kept saying«I hate my job» loud enough so everyone could hear. Another girl came to help the girl serving me. I had already said that I didn’t want my sub toasted but I wanted bacon. The second girl threw the bacon on and then said«toasted, right?». I said no. So she took the bacon off and heated it up. The girl who initially started making my sandwich cut the bread first, so then the sandwich was halved. Well when I opened the wrapper to eat my sub, all the toppings came out. It was messy and uneven. The bacon was only half in the sub. I am not sure some of the toppings were all that fresh. I had a massive stomachache after eating it. Not what I really wanted for my 4 hour flight home. Do not eat here. Horrible horrible service and horrible food. There are lots of other places to eat in the Houston airport!

The three employees who were working sat after noon on 10÷17÷15 @ 6pm where hands down the worse costumer service ever. When I walked up and ordered just a drink no one moved and they all called each other lazy till the young man groaned and walked over grabbing my Visa card NEVER skipping a beat texting. Holding my Visa card in your hand while texting, long enough for the receipt to print, long enough for me to have to reach over and grab it myself is not only Huge security risk but made me feel very exposed. I will be filling a complaint and calling my bank.

Put of meatballs, out of cheese, SERIOUSLY?! Then the guy working on Sunday June 5th2015 at 6:35pm(of black heritage) was absolutely terrible. Every time I asked for a food item he would tell me they were out with a very snarky tone. This is my first experience in Texas, and I am very put off by the lack of «southern hospitality». If this person can’t even be trusted to make a sandwich with a smile, how can we trust him with our national security. It is very frightening that and airport would allow such a hatful person inside an international terminal. I hope the management strongly considers removing this person from this location or from the company all together. Thank You!

Terrible, this is the only word I can use to describe this place. It’s the slowest subway I’ve been in my life. You stand in the line and not seeing it moving at all as the staff didn’t care about the customers and just take their time. Even worse, I think I got stomach flu from there. This is the only place I ate today till now, and I’m having stomach pain, headache, and I threw three times 4 hours after I ate here. Don’t go here!

It’s subway in an airport :) Food is good., service sucks. You stand in line sometimes when you’re at the airport and there’s a lot of people. The staff seem to not really care about what they throw on your sandwich. More the ingredients are consistent with every subway. You feel like you don’t get your money is worth or quality sandwich… by the way it’s put together and the amount of ingredients put on the sandwich

Connecting flights from Central America… Subways are usually good with service in the Northeast. I dont know what happened to Texan hospitality but the chick making my sub was a lazy(insert any offending word here) slow, rude, & unpleasant… I’d like to report her to her manager but… Aint nobody got time fo dat!
