My co-worker told me about this place. Said they had outside seatings, perfect quiet time if you need a break from the office. Alonti is a catering café located inside a business building. They had a lot of options to choose from which I was happy about. They offered soups, salads, pasta, sandwiches, paninis amongst other things. I’m a salad lover for sure especially during work week. One salad that caught my attention was the Harissa Chicken Salad… fresh greens topped with a combination of diced house made green harissa curry chicken, roasted red peppers, cucumbers, confit tomatoes, arugula, pickled onions, sliced fresh mozzarella, and crisp flat bread strips. Served with curry yogurt dressing. After seeing how much flavor goes into to the salad already, I opted to have my dressing on the side. If you are not a fan of heavy dressing on your salads I would definitely get it on the side. Next time I will leave the confit tomatoes out as it was too acidic for me. I dipped my chicken in the curry yogurt dressing, so good! Oh they are very generous with their portions, you will get your money’s worth. They also offer self serve salad bar for to-go charged by weight… everything looked fresh, well organized and clean. The staff was friendly and even reminded me they cater. I look forward to trying out some of their soups and panninis. Definitely try out their salad bar as well.

We order this at work a lot. They deliver it to the office. Their cookies look better than they taste, but it’s just a typical salad/sandwich café menu. They do have a great kale salad.

This place is great! They have a mini buffet that consists of a couple meats and some sides. The main draw is their salads. I ordered the southwest BBQ chicken salad and it was perfect! I like how they make the salad for you unless you make your own. They also have sandwiches which I’ll have to try next time.

This is a great lunchtime choice for those of us in the Greenspoint complex. Pressed sandwiches, salads, soups, etc. Their catering is also a good choice for meetings — fresh boxed lunches or even true catering! There is a make your own salad bar that I frequent. You can also order a salad from the main counter, but I prefer to control how much I put on, and it’s cheaper for me to make my own. It doesn’t have all the choices that the other side does, but I don’t get many things(why paying by weight at the salad bar is better for me). The lettuce is always very fresh and crisp! Way better than the mini-cafeteria at my office.

Probably the most popular Greenspoint complex eating location on a daily basis(Thursday Uncle Tong’s would win). I have not had a bad experience at this location yet. I’ve been to this restaurant at least 20 times per year. The food is flavorful… and they get their customers in and out the door rather rapidly.

Not a bad place to grab lunch. I work right by Alonti so I will grab a quick sandwich, salad or soup for lunch. I would recommend the california club and the bbq chicken salad, both are pretty tasty. I would say Alonti is a pretty standard deli sandwich type lunch spot. Definitely better than a subway, etc. but nothing spectacular. Does the job.

I used this Alonti location yesterday to cater an event for a client of mine. The food was delicious and everyone had second helpings, in addition to dessert & the fruit tray. The service was exceptional. I messed up the directions for delivery and the girl was very friendly about it-even though I cost her a serious delay. The food was still fresh, too, by the way. I highly recommend Alonti and will use them again. FYI, the Deluxe Luncheon Package Deal was a hit and could have easily fed another 3 – 4 people.

The customer I was visiting was literally right above this joint. I was skeptical at first, but have eaten here probably a half dozen times or so in the past month alone on my trips to Houston. The food is very good, but a little pricey. I really enjoy there turkey and cranberry sandwhich along with their chicken pressetas. Very similar to a pannini but slightly different. But in a good way. Its gets very busy at lunch time, and a table is sometimes hard to come by. Also lines can be long right at noon, so be sure to go early or wait for the lunch crowd to die out, otherwise be prepared to wait 5 – 10 mins to order and then another 3 – 4 mins in line to pay. Overall, a good place to grab a sandwhich.

I go to this place because of it’s convenience. It’s right downstairs from where I work. I usually like their sandwiches and salads. The menu doesn’t ever change up so you can get tired of it pretty quickly. I have had one bad experience there in which the chicken was super dried out and when it was toasted… it was as hard as a rock to chew. When I told the staff about the issue, they promptly made me a new sandwich. Try it out.

Alonti’s offers a large variety of lunch foods from a warm and cold salad bar, prepared sandwiches and salads, made to order pastas, salads, sandwiches, and much more. Ordering is cafeteria-style and can get confusing for first-timers, but the food is fresh and delicious. Their new salad bar features rotisserie chicken quarters and often enchiladas or beef brisket, as well as a small fresh traditional salad bar. Seating fills up at lunch time but there’s plenty of seating available outside as well, which is great when the weather is nice.

It was OK, but definitely nothing spectacular. I have gone for lunch as I work in the very near vicinity. It wasn’t expensive, but it wasn’t cheap. The food wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t stellar. They did have a lot of items pre made and ready to go which is a plus so you don’t have to wait if you’re in a hurry. Would I go here if I didn’t work next door, probably not. In summary, it’s an average run of the mill lunch place.

FIVE star café Good basic breakfast ready to go or order a fresh made omelet. A fresh omelet was $ 3.79 !! Side of bacon $ 1.29 !! Is this really Houston ? We went back for sandwiches and again is was inexpensive, fast and tasty. Extra star for low prices, speed of food preperation and friendly service.
