Amazing Lash Studio

I have been to several different locations from ALS but this one has by far been the best experiences. It is about 35 minutes from where I live but I make the drive because JULIE is amazing at what she does! The front desk is always pleasant too. I have used Jasmine and Sophie as well and are good, but you Julie is my girl.

Got my lashes done for the first time and I’m really glad I came here. I spoke with Brittany at the front and she was very helpful and nice. I basically didn’t know anything about refills, maintenance, etc. and she walked me through it all. I wanted lashes that still looked natural, just better than my own, and the stylist did an awesome job. Very happy!

In response to the reply for Amazing Lash Studio. I appreciate the acknowledgement of my review. Also, I will acknowledge the fact that the Manager from this location did call me.
However, I will not accept generalities and neither should anyone that reads this review. We all have different experiences as customers. As a Manager, it is important to address and act on any complaints to rectify the situation. Just because someone is considered a «top technician» does not make them good at customer service or act professionally.
Not only was there a problem with «services offered» (or better yet lack there of), but also, while I was there, no one tried to ensure my satisfaction. I had an appointment, and my eyelashes were not even applied. This is more than just dissatisfaction.
If you pay for a service (auto pay) monthly, you expect to receive the service you are paying for when you have an appointment. Comparing the experience I had with «most people» is dismissing the fact that my experience was horrible. I still don’t have the beautiful look that I wanted to achieve, but also, I’m out of a $ 45.99 charge that I will not be able to recoup for a service not performed.

I love my lashes. The services here are excellent and they worked around my schedule. The lashes are easy take care of and they last for weeks. Ask for Jasmine or Sophie.

I don’t write reviews very often but I will say out of all the amazing lash locations this one is by far the best! They have the best stylist as well as customer service! I had been going to vintage park location for right around a year and a half when one opened up in cypress. Since I live in cypress I decided to give it a try! That was a huge mistake. After nightmare after nightmare I will never go back there. From now on I will be sticking to vintage park location because unlike others they know what customer service should be like and they know how to treat their customers!

Horrible service every time I’ve been there. Called an hour before my apt to cancel. Every time I talk to someone there they are so rude, leave you on hold for 15 minutes, never going back!

I have been coming to Amazing Lash Studio for over a year and it is amazing. I absolutely love my lashes each time. All of the receptionists have always been courteous and attentive. I have received excellent customer service in person as well as when I call to schedule appointments. I can see myself coming here for many years to come!

I went today to get my lashes done with Julie and she was absolutely fantastic, so fantastic that I get the need to write this review. She small talked with me and made me feel really comfortable. She took extra care of my lashes and I didn’t feel a thing! I’m thankful she was so nice and attentive to making sure this was a nice experience for me.

Ask for Julie, she is awesome, i am very happy with result, great customer service!!! Staff and Julie did great job to make me feel beautiful and relax, i love my eyelashes, i decided in 2016 to have a new fresh look, so i signed myself for year membership. Thank you so much!!!

Before I found out about this place, I was going to someone who had their business at Vintage Park. It was so difficult to book any appointments with her and if I had eyelashes falling off the next day, for some reason she would never answer her calls or even be in the salon. I’ve been coming here for almost 2 years. Staff and service is Amazing! I get compliments on my lashes all the time. They usually last 3 to 4 weeks. I’ve recommended this place to many friends and they are all happy and satisfied with them. If you want long natural looking lashes, come here and hurry. They book up fast!

Ana does amazing lashes. Love her. Can’t wait until they open the new location in Cypress, Texas. And the young lady at the front desk is amazing her name is Kalicia.

Love the excellent service. Price is workable when you have a membership. Scheduling is great as well.

Love my lashes! Just got done with my refill (made it 4 weeks) and they did a great job. I got a reminder text 2 days before and also on the day of my appointment. I did walk in and everyone was on the phone but they smiled and I whispered that I needed to remove my make up and the lady handed me wipes even tho she was on the phone with a customer. I’m pleased.
Update– back again and the ladies (Nelly & Kalicia) behind be counter helped me with picking out new mink lashes. Happy with this place :)

I’ve been reading the horror stories and am delighted to say I’ve never been treated badly nor have I ever been disappointed with my lashes.

I have to agree with a lot of the other reviews on quite a few things. The receptionist completely sucks. Dismissive and uninformative. The girl was unwrapping some picture frames and wouldn’t look up to speak to me. Kinda rude, however I continue to ask questions until she finally stopped and directed her attention to me. I’ve recently had a bad experience getting my lashes refilled in Houston since moving back, so I was a little weary of trying a new place. Due to my last lash experience I let all of my lashes fall of and I needed a new set.
The day of my appointment I showed up 10min early. My appointment was at 9am. The technician showed up at 9:07. She then asked for her payroll check and proceeded to look over her pay. Really??? A little before 9:15 she grabbed me and got started. She did apologize for being late, that traffic was really bad. Uh it’s Houston. Traffic is bad everyday. While we were in the room I told her what I wanted. I wanted the biggest thickest ones which is what I’m used to. She gave me pushed back a little and said that it was too big and it wouldn’t look natural. I explained to her that I didn’t want natural. If I wanted natural I would just use my own lashes. I wanted to make sure my eyes popped and I preferred fuller longer lashes since I like to go bare face often. So we finally agreed on the size and she got started. After about an hour and 15 min we were done and I had fabulous lashes. I felt like myself again!!!
I will be back I just hope I have consistent results with my lashes. Management should really look into fixing their customer service quality and the technicians time and attendance.

I love Lily she takes her time and mixes lashes so they look long, full, and natural.

I was kind of hesitant deciding whether or not I should get my full set here after reading some of the reviews here but after thoroughly thinking and doing my research before setting up an appointment for my very first time doing eyelash extensions, I’d have to say I don’t regret it at all! (Even though my boyfriend thinks it’s a waste of money paying for my eyelashes to be only 2 mm longer BUT WHO CARES I LOVE MY LASHES hah)
My recent trips here have been pleasant, haven’t had a complicated time yet. Front desk ladies are welcoming and organized. I been through three technicians these past few months and I’d recommend Bri to do your refills! She gives that «gorgeous» style lashes THE REAL MEANING.
Only reason why I’m giving it 4 stars is because they don’t have some kind of reminder messages about upcoming appointment, they charge you if you don’t show up to your appointment but I guess it’s a rule for every eyelash place though.
Overall, my experience here has been great!

Eyelash extensions are wonderful if you want to invest lots of money into something you will never achieve permanently. I started getting my lashes done 2 years ago and let me tell you alot have changed!
1. Lashes use to last 4 weeks now they only last 2 weeks with recommendations to get a mini refill in between your 3 week appointments.
2. The membership is $ 45.00 every month vs $ 60.00. When I first started I paid $ 40 for refills.
3. I never mind paying a $ 10 – 20.00 tip depending on my stylist but with the extra cost of mini refills I leave a $ 5.00 tip.
4. My real lashes are so short and sparse. I rather spend all this money on promoting the growth and fullness of my natural lashes.

** Okay the facility itself is fine. This rating is for the service itself and what they do not warn you about if you stop getting eye lash extension. If your contemplating about getting eyelash extension, word of advice. DO NOT DO IT!!! Trust me you will thank me later. Stick to the fiber mascara or the fake lashes, it’s way more gentle on your lashes and cheaper. I finally got tired of going in for refills and paying all that extra money so I decided to get rid of the eyelash extension. I was mortified, it ripped out a lot of my real lashes and the remainder that was left was super short. It took a while but eventually it grew back out, but my lashes on the left eye isn’t the same, not as long as before. Never again!
