Horrible customer service everyone that was working last week when I went in just stared at there phone when I asked them questions about some phones and plans the manager just told me he didn’t know and continued playing a game on his phone this store is a joke never have I had such horrible customer service these guys get paid to play on there phones and ignore customers ??? Must be nice I wonder if there hiring !

I went here to get a phone upgrade for one of my lines and my experience was great. I wish I could remember the names of the people that helped me, because they were awesome. They were very professional and courteous. I would definitely go back to the store again for future purchases.
