Nice associates but good grief EVERY time I go in to upgrade, question, anything… there’s ALWAYS an issue. Computers are down, nothing in stock, it’s a weekday, weekend, the sun’s shining, or it’s raining… Always something.

Franklin is your go to guy here… very knowledgable! Much different experience than my visit to the Tomball location.
They are slowly replacing the live phones since their store recently got robbed but they had an S5 in the back that I played with so just ask!
VZW has a new (well — returning) customer! Probably lol
