***READALLOFTHISBEFOREYOUGOTOFACES365*** If there was an option for negative stars, this place would receive the maximum number of negative stars available. It is overpriced, and the chemicals used are not safe. Ultimately, as you will read, the spa employs no professionals, only those who wipe a cleansing chemical onto your face without regard to the side affects, and they have no idea how to help you if you do have an adverse reaction. Furthermore, I would equate the ethics of the manager of this facility to a high ranking member of the North Korean government. My wife went in for a facial and was quite excited to see and feel the results. In hindsight, sandpaper and bleach would have been a better application than what occurred. When receiving the facial treatment, my wife’s face began to show irritation and burning. The esthetician said it was temporary and continued on with the application. After the fact, I saw my wife and her face was extremely red, but she said the esthetician was very kind and was insistent that it was only temporary. Day 1 — Face now looks like a balloon with pimples. Day 2 — Face still looks like a balloon with pimples. We drive back to Faces 365 in Vintage Park and say, «Look at this, what happened?» The manager, Hannah, is out. So we call her on the phone with the very nice receptionist, and she speaks with my wife. Hannah is extremely rude and advises us to purchase a cream package for some ungodly amount to treat the irritation. I am not buying something to fix an issue caused by a facial. Hanna eventually relents and gives us the cream and calming package to assist with the post-facial irritation. Day 2 — Face now looks like a balloon with pimples that exploded in the sun. We speak with Hannah on the phone, and she gets outright belligerent, and insists that we were not truthful on the intake forms because my wife is obviously allergic to the citrus in one of the facial application formulas. My wife is not allergic to anything, let alone citrus. She then tells us to simply go to a dermatologist. Soon she calms down as she did in the previous conversation and requests pictures. Pictures are texted to Hannah and she says she will contact the maker of the facial formula and request corrective action from them to reverse the effects. Day 3 — Face not improved, still looks like a balloon with pimples that exploded in the sun. Still waiting on a reply from facial formula manufacturer. Day 4 — Wife can no longer sleep from the burning sensation on face. All crickets from Faces 365, no replies to phone calls or text messages. Day 5 — A response! The maker of the facial formula(Image Skin Care), said that continuing with the Stem Cell Facial Cleanser and Daily Hydrating Prevention will assist in the healing process. Not overly helpful from Image, and Faces 365 appears to be wiping their hands of the incident. Day 6 — My wife’s face is not improving. Hannah and I are now on an e-mail only basis. She has another calming kit for us since we ran out. In the late afternoon at 5:30pm I received the following email, I will redact the name since the attorney is not the responsible party. —- Hi David, XXXXXXX is the general counsel at faces365, if you have anymore questions please email her. Thank you Hannah —– Day 7 — In the morning I replied to Hannah saying that I was not absolving her of responsibility here just because she felt compelled to have an attorney answer questions. I promptly received a reply, not from Hannah of course, but from the Faces 365 attorney suggesting we get medical advise from a licensed professional because, and I quote, «We are not in a position to offer any further advice on how to handle the situation since we are not medical professionals. … I have advised Hannah to refrain from making any further recommendations at this point.» —- Day 21 — We are finally through and my wife’s face is almost back to normal. There is minimal scarring that appears will fade with time. The dermatologist we visited and paid out of pocket suggests against any of these«sub-par» facial treatments as reactions such as this are not uncommon. Ultimately, my wife’s face did go back to normal. Do NOT visit this spa. Do NOT give them money in the chance that you have an adverse reaction to their unsuitable and not vetted chemical formulas, and especially because of the incompetent and inadequate responses from the spa. Why did an attorney get involved? They obviously had some negligence otherwise would not have involved an attorney. I am not the type to sue anyone for anything, and won’t be pursuing anything(don’t worry Hannah), but it’s pretty pathetic that they jumped right into legal mode after their fraudulent creams didn’t do anything. These people do not know what they are doing, manager, esthiticians, anyone. They are simply scratching on a chemical to your face to try and get a couple of bucks in their pocket.

BEWARE, BEWARE. Hanna the Manager loves to hear herself talk. I Purchase a Facial and Micro– abrasion for my wife for Valentines day and did it go terrible. when she arrived, they didnt know what she was there for. I Scheduled an hour facial and hour massage. Got a 20 minute., lets say TEENFACIAL. Left Mask on her face, and still charged her for an hour Facial worth of points(75.00). Once my wife came home, very disappointed on VALENTINESDAY I called the store to speak with the manager. Of course she was not there, but would get back soon… Once spoke too, Hanna(manager) understood that there was a Big problem, but would not compensate the facial, only schedule another one 2 days later, so she had 2 facials(150.00 total) in 2DAYS!!! I assumed the 2nd facial would be free after speaking with management, but found out again later that she charged for 2 facials in less than a week. what sense does that make? Now there is 30 dollars credit from 180 dollars that i pre-loaded for my WIFE so she would be able to come back and do other things, as it looked like they would be sufficient, but boy are looks deceiving… Pretty much like a Massage Envy type business, all looks and no results… I bought a 180 dollar package so the money is already in an account with Faces 365 so, goodbye to a refund. Your better off going to a dermatologist, as the prices are the same and they really know about skin and products are not just a sales point… DO not go unless you like to throw away your Money. PS. I asked to get the number to corporate and Hanna the MANAGER stated that there is not one and said that she is ending our conversation.period. Love this place! I went in for a facial as my first appointment. After traveling for two weeks I sought out to have a facial done to clean up my pores and what not. I initially booked an introductory facial and once I met with the massage esthetician, I explained to her about my very dried out face and she took it upon her hands to do a hydrating facial for my dehydrated skin. The facial was so relaxing and very cleansing! I felt so fresh after and my skin glowed for weeks! Everyone in my family noticed a difference. I also bought a trial kit for the vitamin c cleansing products and wow did I fall in love! Not only is my skin in better shape, all the dryness is gone! I immediately went back to buy the big sized bottles instead of the trial sized bottles. I will be coming back here for every facial I need! Thanks guys!

I went in for a bikini wax and it was my first time trying this spa. I was very apprehensive because I have had not so good waxing experiences, and let me say, I have found the place to go for waxing. Kristyn was simply amazing. She understood how nervous I was, and did everything to make sure my experience was beyond incredible. Not only did I receive outstanding service, the end result was great. After receiving such great service, I went back for a facial with Kristyn again. She is beyond amazing. I cannot recommend her and the place enough. It was my first time getting a facial, and I left feeling refreshed and my face looked amazing. You will not regret going and trying this place.

Kristyn is my new go to girl ! OMG ! I just had the best facial I think I have ever had in my life ! My skin was a wreck and I was lucky enough to get scheduled with Kristyn. She was so thorough, she took the time to really scrutinize my skin and tell me what the problems are that I’m having. My skin looked so good after just one facial that I bought the products she recommended and I am going back ! She also gave me a great brazilian… practically painless and swift ! Thanks so much Kristyn for my fabulous facial and the education I received.

I have had several facials in the past, so I thought I would give faces a try about a week ago, after I was done shopping at the local HEB. It was a really great atmosphere, and I really felt relaxed while I was there. The receptionist with the dark hair was very nice, although I can’t recall her name. I scheduled an appointment within the hour with a girl named Claire, and she was very respectful and made me feel right at home. The facial she gave me was amazing! My skin has never felt so clean. I will definitely be going back and booking with her.

I have been a member of Faces365(and go monthly to the Vintage Park location) since September 2009. I have been getting facials since I was 14(so for 21 years now) and have been to some great spas, some mediocre spas, and some terrible spas. I have had every type of facial from over-priced but ridiculously lovely facials at high-end spa boutiques and hotels(like at the Four Seasons) to the free ones at the mall. I’m just giving some background information to let you know that I do know what I’m talking about. I love going to Faces365. Once you become a regular, as soon as you walk in the door, you are greeted by name.(I know this is insignificant in terms of this review but I do like being greeted by name and as if I matter!) Anyway, once you walk in, despite the fact that it is in a «strip mall,» you feel like you are walking into another world. The atmosphere is soothing and calm. The waiting area by the reception desk is comfortable, and the waiting area behind the doors is even more comfortable. If you do become a member, the prices are incredible. For your $ 50/month membership free, you receive 50 credits to use in any way you desire. You can let the credits build up or you can use them as soon as they hit your account. On to reviewing the services. As I mentioned above, I have had every type of facial. And I can say with confidence that the facials at Faces365 are on par with the best. I suffer from hormonal acne(I have polycystic ovary syndrome and one of the symptoms of that is acne) and since going to Faces365, my acne has gotten better and better. One of my favorite parts of the facial(besides the actual facial itself — where I feel like my skin is being cleansed and pampered beyond belief!) is the relaxation massage part. I feel like a new woman every time I leave that place! It is fantastic!!! At this point, I have to give a personal recommendation for the esthetician I go to monthly: Miki. She is knowledgeable and very talented. The services that are offered at Faces365 are excellent. I don’t know where else you can get a light chemical peel for $ 60(or even $ 40 if you add it to a facial). Currently, I am doing a series of peels every two weeks. I have had three so far and my skin is looking the best it has since I was a child and had that youthful glow and skin firmness of childhood. Before the peels were offered, I used to get the microdermabrasion added to my facials.(Again, where can you find a spa that offers diamond tip microderm for this price?!!) Also, I have had the microcurrent that Faces365 offers. My skin felt so firm, lifted, and wrinkle-free afterwards! Yes, perhaps as the previous reviewer stated, if you do not become a member, the prices do seem a bit steep.(However, even the non-member pricing is not as steep as that of some other spas around here!) So perhaps this is not the place for you if you do not wish to become a member. But if you are serious about wanting to improve your skin’s health and paying $ 50/month is something you are happy to do to achieve good skin health, then this is the place for you! I have been THRILLED with my $ 50/month membership. If you are reading this review and do decide to check out Faces365 at Vintage Park, *please* tell them that you read Inja H’s review and that I recommended you. Thank you!

This place follows the general business model of other specialty strip mall spas, i.e. European Wax Center and Massage Envy. Faces365 does facials and waxing. They bring you in with their introductory special offers for a service, once its done they want you to buy a monthly membership. Their single service fees are so over priced it makes their membership fees sound reasonable. If you don’t buy the membership the fact is you pay the same amount at a real spa with relaxation rooms, and not have to find yourself in cramped strip mall. They have you fill out info about skin issues and what achievements you would like made. I don’t know if they actually read them because I had to remind the person treating me about my skin problems. My facial here was relaxing, for the most part. It seemed that my treatment was being done by someone that was training. The regular«spa music» was trumped by her constant turning pages of a book and a timer going off. The bed is comfortable, and you almost forget where you are. The question you should ask yourself before signing up for their membership, would you rather get a mediocre facial every month or go to a high end spa every two months, get to use their complementary amenities and have an amazing facial. Bottom line Faces365 is overpriced for what you receive.
