I made a review on this property over a year ago and everything i said stands true to this day. The conditions since GPI Managment took over has made this apartment complex even worse (I didnt think it could get worse) I even attempted to contact their corporate and was basically told i was lieing about the maintenance issues in my apartment. I have now put in a BBB claim and also will be speaking to HUD. Whoever gives this apartment complex anything over 1 star is obviously part of management. Whoever Katina C is, she is obviously a part of management. I have lived here over 3 years and do not know everyone in the office by name and certainly dont know them well enough to call them analytical and all the other bs she claims they are. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!
