I called for services because the advertisement states $ 20 a room… however when I called the technician stated it is $ 49.00 for the first room and $ 20.00 a room thereafter. I then inquired where was this information listed because I didn’t see it anywhere throughout the ad. He said it was in the service link on the side of the web page. Ok so I looked in the service link. nothing there. At this point he’s becoming irritated with me at my inquiry. I told him his company’s ad is misleading and does not contain the correct pricing. He stated if I’m wanted services I would have to pay the $ 49.00 and hung up. Finally I saw another link about service and carpet… here is where I found the $ 48.50 pricing for the first room and so forth. Misleading advertisement on the home page!
