I think this is the best place to go as Lebanese resturant breakfast in Houston area. The restaurant in the weekend add chicken & beef shawarma. The place is always crowded because there pies are delicious never eat like that.

This place serves middle eastern pasteries and a meat sandwich called shawarma… the food there was ok, but the amount of time we had to wait to get our food was not… I had to wait 40+ minutes for our order to get to us and bear in mind that the items on their menu are fairly simple to make and should not take more than 5minutes to prepare, so a 15 min wait is the accepltable limit… if the service were quicker I would have put the rating at 3.5 stars but to wait that long for thier food is just not acceptable and that is why I rated them at 2 stars .Note to the owners, Faster service is a must for a better rating.

So basically this is a typical lebanese breakfast café. Their breakfast usually consists of maneesh which are similar to pizzas. They are thin crispy pizzas cooked in a fire wood oven. You order in line and just wait for about 10 minutes to pick up your food from the counter. They have chicken shwarma sandwiches on the weekend which are also really good. During ramadan they stay open late at night till around 3am which is a lot of fun. Its a small place and pretty good for something quick.

First time at Cedar’s. The food is plentiful for the price. The chicken shwarma was the best Ive had anywhere and the falaffels were made fresh in front of me. This is hands down one of the best Mediterannian Café’s I have been too in the Houston area. This little known secret is now a personal favorite. I will most definately be back again and again.
