The best customer service I have ever received at a Chick-​Fil-​A. Great ample area to dine or just for a quick bite. Great service great employees and great food.

Just what you would expect from a Chick-​fil-​a … friendly, clean, organized. Good food and they came around several times while I hung out to use the free Wi-​Fi to top off my drink and even offer free food when the switched from breakfast to lunch.

A great location off of i-​10 to drop into if you get stuck on the highway and want some breakfast in the morning commute to downtown.
The only issue is the way the drive through is set up. Depending on which entrance you take, you might have to loop around, but I guess this is part of the process they know. At the end of the day, just another great Chick-​fil-​A, can’t get enough of the atmosphere, clean, fast, and tasty food!

Loved this place. Is it me or does it feel a bit fancy when you walk into Chick Fil A now days?! Lol. The food, like always, came out delectable and the service, like always, was very helpful and friendly. Yesterday I lost faith in humanity thanks to Sonic’s supposed ‘Ultimate Chicken Sandwich’ and to ALSO not getting any ketchup in my To-​Go order! Today… Humanity in faith was restored thanks to my regular order. Number 4 Combo with a large lemonade at Chicken Heaven! Two thumbs up Chick-​Fil-​A

Ok its fast food, we all know that but I’m addicted to chick file a and this is one of the fastest and nicest ones I’ve ever been to. Their efficiency should be studied and taught as an art! ;)

Big, clean, attractive CFA just off of Taylor and I-​10. Food made piping hot and as delicious as you would expect from this chain. Staff are super-​friendly and very efficient. Waiting area after you order is a nice touch and makes things less congested in there. There, you can also grab all the extras to take with you: napkins, straws, ketchup, etc.
Ample parking and good access and exit. Good location and just a great franchise. What more can I say. Give them a try when you’re in the area!

I like chick-​fil-​a. This particular location is consistent with their food and service. Sometimes I’ll stop here for their breakfast chicken sandwich and I’ve always enjoyed it.
I took away a star because when asked for a dog treat they said they don’t do that at this location. I’ve read online that they will give your dog ice cream if he’s with you in the drive-​thru. Apparently not the case here.
Line is always long but it’s quick to go through. Quicker if you run inside.

Amazing place! They treat you like royalty. This does not seem like a fast food place. The guy who took my order was so polite and I felt like he should have been working in a fancy restaurant. He then gave my order to a coworker who took my lunch to my seat for me (and all the customers) and asked if I needed anything else. Everyone was so well dressed and polite. The manager guy in the bow tie was incredibly friendly and charismatic. He checked on the customer and made friendly conversation with regulars. The employees all had genuine smiles and were all so professional (many in dress shirts and ties). The place was spotless and there were fresh carnations on all the tables. Best chick-​fail-​a ever.

Always fast and friendly. Can get busy at times, but the staff goes the extra mile to be courteous. Very seldom do they get an order wrong, and if so, they make it right without any problem.
Consistent with general chick fil a standards. I like to come here with my toddler and other moms with theirs, for lunch and some playtime. A clean and inexpensive play date.

I love chick fil A like everyone else but I wanted to Unilocal this specific location because they have the friendliest staff. The workers consistently go above and beyond and they never deliver service short of anything that exceeds my expectations. I always look forward to making stops here because I know I won’t be disappointed! Thanks for all your hard work and southern hospitality!

They repeated my order back to me and still gave me the wrong order.
I come here every now and then, not too often. But today not only was there a very long wait, but my order was wrong when I left the drive through.

This has gotta be one of the busiest Chick Fil A’s in Houston. Pack your patience when coming during lunch hours. They have someone conducting traffic which is a good thing. You can never go wrong with Chick Fil A. Always friendly and the food is great.

For me all branches of a fast food chain are more or less the same. This chick-​fil-​a next to our house is no exception. Roomie loves it there because they put fresh flowers in a vase on the table. That’s a nice personal touch. I also feel the employees there are more cheerful compared to other chains.

Truly how long should one have to wait in a drive thru? Is 35 minutes acceptable? I think not. What’s even worse is that once your in line you can’t get out. Forget their commercials, they should just film their drive thru because I sure feel like a bunch of cattle in a straight line.

Huge fan of Chick-​fil-​A and this location does not disappoint, usually. I stopped in in my way to work this morning. I was craving those tots and a cold diet coke for breakfast… not sure why. Anywho, there were several people in drive thru line, per usual, but it went very quick, per usual. I paid and had my food in no time. Unfortunately I did not taste my drink before I left, it tasted gross, had a rootbeer flavor to it. I just could not drink it, which made eating my chicken biscuit and tots not so pleasurable.
Regardless, I will be back. I have a great respect and appreciation for Chick-​fil-​A and value the customer service they provide. So I will continue to eat there. Just gonna check my drink before pulling out like I do everywhere else now.

This Chickfila was topnotch! Very clean and plenty of seating. Food was delicious and service was so kind and attentive. I rarely meet a Chickfila I don’t like, but this one seemed even a little better than the norm. And I’m really in love with the 3 new salads — they’re all delicious and the calories are reasonable (unlike the «salads» at SOME places. Grr).

Don’t usually go to Chick-​Fil-​A due to their extreme political contributions, but really wanted some soup today so decided to go.
Also ordered 12 grilled chicken nuggets. On my 8^th nugget, as I was about to put it in my mouth, I saw a 3″ strand of black hair stuck to it. (I have dirty blond hair, no longer than 1.5″ on my whole head.)
Obviously I will not be dining at this location again.

I love Chick-​fil-​a, and I’m lucky that this location is the closest to my house! I drive thru here for dinner about once a week. I never go inside the restaurant, but it usually looks packed with families and kids. They are sometimes a little slow during peak dinner hours, but it isn’t bad. I’ve always had friendly service, and they’ve never gotten my order wrong… which is impressive for the number of times I’ve been to this location!
I was surprised to read all the reviews about rude employees here, but I have a theory on that. I think it depends on when you come, because the lunch and dinner crews are different. I noticed this when I came here the other day for lunch and had a less than stellar experience.
I normally wouldn’t come here for lunch since I work on the other side of town, but I had the day off. Like other locations, this one had CFA staff standing outside to take orders to speed up the lines at lunch time. The woman taking my order was so focused on being quick that she was cutting me off. I ordered two meals for me and a friend, and both times, as soon as I said a number, she would ask «drink?» without even allowing me to finish giving details about the meal. It came off a bit rude. The service was fast and everything in my order was right, but I’ve never encountered that kind of person taking orders during the dinner rush at this CFA.

I love Chick Fil A, and this location is no different. I try to pretend that I come here as often as I do because I have kids. But let’s be honest, I go by myself, too. Those chicken sandwiches just can’t be beat.
On this particular visit, I had 20 minutes before I had to be somewhere at 7pm, and I knew if I didn’t have dinner first, I’d starve, because I wouldn’t get out until close to 10pm. So I pull into the drive thru at 6:40. The line is SOOOOO long that I think to myself, «There is no way I will make it. I should just leave.» But I decide if I’m a little late, it won’t be the end of the world. So I pull in behind the (no kidding) 20 cars in 2 lanes, and hope for the best. To my great surprise, I was ordering by 6:44, and got my food at 6:46. :)
That gave me 10 minutes to eat, 4 to get where I was going, and all was well.
One thing that I did notice, though, and maybe this was because it was right during dinner drive thru rush, was that the ladies at the window seemed a little curt. They responded to my requests for sauce, etc. but strangely for Chick Fil A, didn’t really smile, and I didn’t get their signature, «My pleasure.» It’s silly, I know, for that to upset me, but when you come to expect sweet service, you notice when it isn’t there.

I came in to pick up something to go. There was about ten customers in front of me but the line was moving quick. They had one line and four cashiers and it was very organized. It took me less than five minutes to place my order and iI waited another two minutes, if that, for my order to be ready. In, out, done!
