Worst chipotle every!!! The employees are horrible. Worst customer service. The chicken is not even cooked properly. Wish I read the reviews written prior to mine.

Only getting 2 stars because they did have really great customer service, but they can’t cook chicken worth booty. Our chicken was burnt on our first order, and without hesitation they cooked up new chicken and brought us a fresh order to our table. Unfortunately we had to get it Togo the second time and didn’t check the chicken before we got home. BURNT AGAIN. What the heck? It tastes just so burnt. We love chipotle, but not this location ever again.

They ruined dinner they closed early @9:20 make sure to call before you make the drive hours say till 10 and there was no note just them cleaning and Ignoring

Ive always enjoyed Chipotle, but have never visited this location, even after working in walking distance for the last year. The news about cooking and cleaning standards got me interested. The proportions were a bit off for my chicken tacos…25% chicken and 75% guac… mmmkay. The staff was all friendly and even was checking on customers who were already eating, havent seen that before. One thing that was annoying was that a contractor was there working on the patio door making quite a bit of noise during lunch hours. Maybe take care of it sooner or later? Im sure most of those negatives will work themselves out over time. But at the end of the day, the food quality was good.

This location is skimpy on their meat and ingredients. Service used to be awesome. I’m only giving them another chance due to the recent free burrito coupon.

I enjoy everything here but my favorite is by far the carnitas. I have had them as tacos, salads, bowls, burritos you name it. The flavor they get into that pork is some of the best I tasting I have ever had.
Lately I’ve been getting a salad with double carnitas, fajita veggies (grilled onions and bell peppers) and cheese. The carb count on this is next to nothing and the meal will keep me filled all day.
My second favorite is a burrito when I’m not worried about the carbs from the flour tortilla and other ingredients. The brown rice is good but so is the cilantro lime white rice. I prefer the pinto beans over the black beans too. Since I’ve made it this far with carbs, I always have them put in some fresh corn salsa at the end and the taste elevates the meal to another level.
Of all the burrito chains, I have to say, Chipotle is the best!

This location is horrible. They don’t pay attention to what you want, they are just in a rush to get you to the cashier. No eye contact so you don’t even know if they heard you. I always have to tell the Cashier, can I have a side of this or that. Never going here again. Oh and the amount of meat you get at place is not portion controlled at all. Some people get more, some get less. I

Let me start off by saying DO NOT STEP FOOT IN THIS LOCATION I used to be a big fan of Chipotle and I am a very frequent customer and go about 3 – 4 times a month, but recently I have been wondering why I continue to go and tonight may have been the nail in the coffin. Recently they have been shorting out on steak/​Barbacoa and when I ask for more they say that it has to be extra (not to mention they haven’t even had carnitas recently).The amount of meat that they give/​actual quality of the food is nowhere near good enough to justify the prices that they charge, but tonight I experienced a whole new problem. At around 8:35 I arrived at a location near my house and waited in line for a little just to find out that they had no steak or Carnitas and would not make any more for the night but the worker suggested I try another location. Craving some quick Mexican food I made the 15 minute trip to another location and arrived at 8:57 but was shocked to see that they had locked their front door. With still about 4 tables filled with people eating there were still 5 workers still «working» in other words standing around. One looked up when I jostled the door and gave me the cutoff signal. I attempted to waive him over to try to speak with him about what had happened earlier but after clearly seeing me he acted like he saw nothing and continued on. I attempted knocking but that also was to no avail and I was left standing in the cold for about a minute before deciding to leave. I was close to throwing a chair through one of their windows I was so angry at the disrespect displayed. By far the worst service I have ever been givin. It’s actually no service at all. The whole staff working at this location on December 15^th 2015 should be fired immediately. Absolutely atrocious! Dropping the ball would be an understatement.

So apparently Chipotle has their beef imported from Chile now. Am I dont mind paying for the bump if the portions validated it. They don’t. Today no onions and peppers and if I wanted a pathetic portion of double beef, I would go to Freebirds. Visit after visit this company is slowly driving me away. The person in front of me got a bigger portion of single beef over my double beef burrito.

Found parking right away, which made me happy. Went in, no line. Then, to top it off, the young lady that made my bowl was super friendly. Eye contact, and just a sweet girl. My food tasted great, as always, and I will be back since I live around the corner… and love chipotle…

I was really craving a veggie bowl and just now walked into this location. The girl behind the counter did not say a word to me and just turned around to pour more meat into another bin. She turned back around and put that bin where it goes while she grabbed another to turn back around. The gentleman in the back did greet me, but this girl didn’t say a word. It really pissed me off. I just turned around and walked right out. She had a long brown ponytail and no make up. I’ll be calling to complain ^_^

The best thing about Chipotle is the consistent food and experience. This location, however, is consistently inconsistent. The portion sizes vary greatly every time I visit for multiple components, and they are usually on the small side compared to other locations. During the lunch rush, I’ve noticed the line moves slower than other locations; it just seems like there are more glitches in general. There’s also something different about the flavor here that I can’t put my finger on, too. It’s not BAD, just different. Though I work within walking distance, I prefer to drive to another location.

Got food poisoning here. Been over a year and every time I drive by the «barbacoa» haunts me still.

I love you, Chipotle, but the parking at this location is crazy! You’re going to have a hard time parking here except during super off hours!

Margarita was drinkable and the taco salad that I got t for a colleague was quote not bad but not my favorite. My burrito was bad. The meat was super chewy and full of gristle. All the toppings were really watery and my burrito was so soggy it fell apart and I didn’t finish it neither would the dog. -

The only that that was good was the lime margarita. Now tbch I’ve always been a qdobas fan, all day everyday! They’re food is better hands down. Their flavor a are more developed, they aren’t as expensive and they have a better variety on their menu than chipotle. But since all there is in Houston is chipotle I decided to have dinner here after the movies (since it was next door) and since they are now using non gmo products that was was encouraging (even though they’ve been trying to make us believe they were using natural ingredients lol) NONE OF THE INGREDIENTS WERE FRESH. Everything tastes old and had no flavor. I literally thought there was something wrong with my tongue cause I couldn’t taste anything (as opposed to my other trips to chipotle in NYC). I even had my boyfriend try it and he agreed. And the chips they gave me were completely stale. I sent the bowl and the chips back. I got my money back for the bowl and they gave me a new batch of chips that were stale as well but just less stale. Moral of the story avoid this chipotle location lol it’s terrible.

i like this chipotle location. I ordered the sofritas salad bowl and they were very generous with the toppings. Really great value and it was delicious. Fast and freindly service. Recommend.

Ooh parking here is no fun, but come here right at 11am for lunch and you’ll get lucky like me! Line gets super long quickly so keep that in mind if you’re an impatient one! I’m glad this place is like ¼ a mile from work :)
Fastest workers ever… I’ve never seen such a fast assembly line. Talk about sense of urgency: yay! However, since they seemed so frazzled, they didn’t load my chipotle bowl as much as other locations. Sad, but still good.

To my disappointment, both the meat and rice were not warm enough just shortly after ordering my food! The workers were also very lazy and quite stingy with the scoops put into my burrito bowl. I prefer the Chipotle on Kirby!
